One of the bedrooms is furnished with bunk beds and is very suitable for children. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook nicely and entertain with the rest of the guests at the same time. Spend convivial hours at the dining table during meals and relax on the couch with a movie.



In the private, fenced garden you can relax nicely in the shade of the orange tree and enjoy a cold drink while your children play on the lawn or at the playhouse. Refresh yourself in the pool and spend wonderful summer evenings under the tent roof, where you can also dine al fresco.



You live 9 km from the sea and sandy beach, where you will surely spend many hours swimming and playing. If you feel like a day trip, you can visit the nearby cities of Pisa or Lucca, both certainly worth a visit.
