The Villa Favorita is located in southwest Florida on a fantastic lake, close to (8 minutes) the Gulf of Mexico and the various magnificent beaches. The villa is close to shopping and fine restaurants. The newly build Villa is equipped with everything you need for a gorgeous, sunny and relaxing stay. The villa offers space for 2-6 people. Equipped with three friendly and quiet bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a bright, open kitchen and a modern cozy living room. The approximately 1615 square feet of living space is all air conditioned. There is a double garage and laundry. It is approximately 90 yards to the clubhouse with a swimming pool and lake view. The clubhouse is equipped with flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor seating areas, kitchen and summer kitchen with BBQ. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful villa.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Bei der Villa Favorita handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Lake Marlin gelegen. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer waren alle großzügig geschnitten und die Betten tip top. Jederzeit wieder!

Villa Favourita

Great area with lots of golf courses, beaches and restaurants. Neighbours extremely friendly and helpful. Daily bird visits to the back door of the lanai.

Luuk’ home is beautiful and nested in a quiet neighborhood. Met a few of the neighbors, very friendly. Great area for a family. House has every Amenities imaginable. Very thorough.

Quiet and peaceful

This property was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Very nice place for a family. We had the pool to ourselves and the clubhouse is set up for a very nice time. The house is stocked very realistically for a family who wants to cook at home some and maintain a home atmosphere to an extent. There is even a nice sound system that can be used with Bluetooth. The owner thought of everything. Luuk provided a very nice folder of activities and surrounding towns that helped us navigate beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing that would improve it is if it was beach front. We were completely satisfied and would definitely rent Villa Favorita again!

Would not recommend!

This place was a disappointment from the start. When my family walked in we found that the place was filled with little black bugs everywhere and later we started finding ants as well. We kept finding them all around throughout our stay but worst of all we found them in our beds sometimes. If that wasn’t bad enough the ants would sometimes bite and leave itchy spots. On top of that some of the bedding had stains on it. One good thing was that when we contacted the property manger about the bugs and he came and sprayed a home defense bug spray around the whole house but that didn’t seem to have an effect on the ants/bugs after a few days and they slowly started to return. Overall not the best place to spend your vacation and I would not recommend it unfortunately.

Great Location

We had a lovely 2 month stay in this well built and furnished home. The area was centrally located to a couple of grocery stores and other shops. Unfortunately, with the pandemic, we were not doing any other socializing but still had a good time. The neighbors are friendly and nice and the property manager, as well as the owner, were very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We loved our stay! Very peaceful and beautiful, it had everything we needed, Very spacious, great walk-in showers, decorated very nicely and super organized and clean! Wonderful lanai on the back for dinner or hanging out, with a great view, fun bird watching! Publix is close, Large fun farmers market on Thursday mornings! Four bikes for biking on the bike path, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, Luuk is an awesome host! great neighborhood, Everyone was so nice, very quiet, definitely recommend!

Beautiful villa with so many amenities convinient for a family vacation- Pack and play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, you name it, they had it. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone, especially those who travel with minimal luggage.

A fully furnished vacation home

My wife and I really enjoyed our week in this wonderful vacation home. It has everything and more than we expected. The house is extremely well equipped with top quality beds, furniture, appliance, four bikes, golf clubs, tennis racquets,....on and on. The living room is just a great place to relax and nap during the hot afternoon before going out for dinner. The location is near everything including super market, gas station, restaurants,....and beaches. The neighborhood is great as well. The remote control for the garage door was handy as well. Definitely would rent it again when I’m in the area.

Sehr schönes Haus für einen perfekten Urlaub

Wir haben im Mai 2018 zwei Wochen in der Villa Favorita verbracht und waren begeistert! Das Haus ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Wunderschöne Strände, wie Boca Grande und Englewood Beach sind in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die gemütliche Veranda mit dem schönen Ausblick ist perfekt für einen schönen Sommerabend. Auch der Pool ist sauber und in Gehdistanz. Viele nützliche und hilfreiche Tipps von Luuk haben uns den Urlaub erleichtert. Wir werden sicher wieder Ferien in der Villa Favorita buchen.

Fabulous Vacay in Englewood, Florida

Upon arrival we found the home to be so much better than the pictures even showed. The house was spotless and the owner left us a welcoming note and a bottle of wine. We are long-time beach bums and chose to head there each day. As such, we did not use the community pool but it was within a short walking distance and looked very nice. The neighbors were very friendly and took the time to tell us about the best local beaches. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (ice chest, lawn chairs, umbrellas, etc.). We cooked many of our meals in the kitchen or on the grill but there were lots of good restaurants to choose from within short driving distances. There were dozens of local golf courses to play. They were very accommodating and friendly. The two golf courses we played were impeccably maintained. We thought the prices were reasonable. Green fees, cart and a bucket of balls to hit before teeing off were $60. All-in-all I would say this is one of the nicest vacations we have had in several years and have already started discussing when we could come back again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time staying at Villa Favorita. The Villa was clean and very well maintained and has everything you need for your stay away from home. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is also a grill that was nice to be able to use as well. There is plenty of room for everyone with 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We used the screened lanai area every morning and several other times during our stay to enjoy the great weather without the bugs. The villa is only about 10 minutes from Englewood County beach and close to other state parks. It is in a great location for those that like to venture out to other areas, being centrally located between Sarasota and Fort Meyers. We ventured out to the Edison and Ford Winter Estates in Fort Meyers and also to Sanibel Island. We also visited Sarasota, Siesta Key and Tampa. All were easy to get to from Villa Favoritas location. Luuk was wonderful to work with. All of our questions were answered promptly and he checked in with us a few times throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Villa Favorita!

Besser geht es nicht...Wohlfühl-Favorita

Gleich am Anfang möchten wir sagen.. wir hatten noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir sind schon viel auf der Welt rumgekommen, aber Villa Favorita war unser Highlight .. Es war unser erster Florida-Urlaub und auch unser erster Amerika-Trip. Umsomehr waren wir gespannt wie es vor Ort aussieht. Fünf Wochen hatten wir dafür Zeit. Wir haben es von Anfang angenossen. Villa Favorita ist top ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. So wohl die Küchenausstattung und auch die Badezimmer. Es war alles top vorbereitet. Von tollen Handtücher,Shampoon , Seife, Toilettenpapier.. alles war für die ersten Tage aussreichend vorhanden. Ebenso Gewürze oder Haushaltspapier bis Tupperware. . sogar eine Kühltasche zur Mitnahme zum Strand war vorhanden, auch die Einrichtung der Villa war sehr geschmackvoll. Eine super zusammengestellte Mappe mit Infos zu Ausflugstipps,Strände oder Essensmöglichkeiten , haben wir auch reichlich genutzt.Hier hat sich der Vermieter Luuk sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Das Fühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, haben wir jeden Tag geniesen können. Wir haben tolle Vögel bei einer Tasse Kaffee beobachten können. Einfach Klasse. Kurze Wege mit dem Auto zum Strand oder auch Shopping war für uns auch ideal. Die Betreuung von Luuk war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Also wir können Villa Favorita zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden sofort gerne wieder einchecken.

Mehr geht nicht!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (8 und 13) für drei Wochen in der Villa Favorita. Kurz gesagt: besser geht's kaum. Wie schon in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Ich könnte alle möglichen Punkte aufzählen, aber warum? Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Und es ist sehr sauber! Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass darüber hinaus auch noch Strandstühle vorhanden sind, Sonnenschirme, etc. Da kann man sich also lästiges Gepäck sparen. Der Ort ist außerdem ein sehr guter Augangspunkt für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Auto ist natürlich wie immer in den USA ein Muss. Dann aber sind Strände schnell zu erreichen, Tampa, Sarasota, Outlets, etc. Klar, will man in die Disneyparks, Kennedy Space Center, etc. muss man schon etwas länger fahren. Aber so sind nun mal die Entfernungen. Wir sind genauso oft in den Süden wie in den Norden gefahren, also lag die Villa Favorita für uns perfekt. In der näheren Umgebung hat man aber alles für den Normalbedarf (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Mall...). Das Clubhaus haben wir ebenfalls genutzt, auch das ist gepflegt, der Pool als letzte Abkühlung am Tag toll. Was für uns ebenso zum sehr schönen Urlaub beigetragen hat, ist Vermieter Luuk. Er ist sehr nett, beantwortet alle Fragen vor, während und auch noch nach dem Urlaub sehr schnell. Kurzum: perfekter Ort, perfektes Haus, perfekter Vermieter = perfekter Urlaub. Gar keine Frage: wir kommen wieder!

Ideale Homebase für Familien

Wir verbrachten 18 Nächte in dem tollen Haus und waren von Beginn weg begeistert! Die "Favorita" ist von A-Z top ausgerüstet und mit sehr viel Stil & Charme eingerichtet. Die Villa ist zudem sehr sauber gehalten und lässt punkto Ausrüstung praktisch keine Wünsche offen. Lage ist ideal für ein- oder mehrtägige Ausflüge an der Westküste von Florida. Eine Vielzahl von sehr schönen Badestränden in näherer Umgebung, was das Reisen zu diesen Orten auch mit kleineren Kindern angenehm und entspannt macht. Unsere Jungs fühlten sich auf jeden wie "zu Hause" in der Villa Favorita und wir damit mehr als auch... Vermieter "Luuk" entpuppte sich als Glücksfall, welcher bei jedem noch so kleinen Problem oder Auskunftsbegehren unsererseits sofort verständnisvoll und innerhalb nützlicher Frist Hilfe bzw. Antworten lieferte. Dankeschön an dieser Stelle "Luuk". Frank & Familie

Toller Urlaub in Super-Haus

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sowohl vorher als auch hinterher sehr herzlich und freundschaftlich. Alles am Haus war wie beschrieben bzw. noch besser. Wir werden dieses Urlaubsdomizil allen Bekannten gerne weiterempfehlen und bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne selber wiederkommen.

Einfach SUPER

Great Family Vacation

Me, my wife, and my two kids stayed at the Villa Favorita for one week. The property was very well maintained inside and out and was meticulously organized. The villa was also very clean. There was plenty of room to spread out which my 9 month old and 2 year old loved. My wife enjoyed spending time in the kitchen (my idea of vacation does not involve cooking, but that's another story). The owner and property manager were courteous and prompt in answering any questions we had. I love the fact that the villa is located on a quiet street that is very safe to walk on. We enjoyed spending time at the nearby Englewood beaches and daily using the bicycles. The Cape Haze Pioneer trail is just across from 776 and was an enjoyable bicycle trail. I highly recommend staying here and will likely be back.

Traumurlaub vorprogrammiert

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus drei wundervolle Urlaubswochen verbracht und können uns den vielen anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat mit den drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern viel Platz und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Egal ob Babybett und Hochstuhl, Waschmaschine, Grill oder Strandzubehör - es ist einfach alles da und der Urlaub kann sofort beginnen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für Unternehmungen vor Ort für uns. Gerne denken wir an die schönen Strandtage und die Abende auf der Terasse zurück und beim Schreiben überkommt uns ein bisschen Sehnsucht nach der Villa Favorita. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub Luuk.
