Not a luxury apartment
1. The apartment was listed as being air conditioned, important to us in the very warm period of our stay. We learned after arrival that Vienna Residence had known that the AC was broken before we arrived and it was not fixed during our entire stay while the temperatures outside were in the 90s.
2. We sent multiple emails to Vienna Residence with zero response and made multiple phone calls with no one answering. Among the reasons for these attempted contacts were the defective AC, the lack of bath towels, and other issues.
3. For a seven day stay, we were given only two bath towels. In the one time we were able to contact Vienna Residence they told us that additional towels would be 15 Euros a piece.
4. The apartment was deficient in the following: 1) only one roll of toilet tissue; 2) only two miniature bars of soap (about 1.5 inches square); 3) no tissue; 4) no soap for the washing machine; 5) only two coffee inserts; 6) no fan in the absence of the AC; 7) only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. (We had to purchase toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, and laundry detergent.)
5. There were no instructions in English for the dishwasher and washing machine.
6. To keep the heat down in the apartment, we had to close the windows and curtains, which kept the apartment dark all day and night.
7. There was no way that you could call this apartment luxury. Advertising the apartment this way was misleading at best.
