A recommander sans réserve

Appartement très confortable, situé en pleine ville et pourtant très calme. On peut aller à pieds à la plage en moins de 10 mn . Très jolie vue sur la campagne de la terrasse. La piscine est très agréable, avec des pelouses et des arbres, l'ambiance y est très détendue. On a très envie d'y revenir!

Great location and amenities

This place worked out perfect for 5 of us, 2 couples and 1 teenager. Great pool, GREAT air con, the host was very generous in leaving enough milk/water/coffee and other basics (like wine) in the apartment when we checked in so we could shop the next day. Cool patio on the back of the apartment, very good coffee machine, 10 minute walk to the beach and the busy Arenal area. What more can I say, it was perfect for us.

Pros: We have been holidaying in Javea for the last few years and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It’s a maximum 10 min walk to the beach, where there is a promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. The description and photo’s are accurate, it has a lovely clean pool area, it is well presented, and really well kitted out with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Arseniy was quick to respond to any questions and resolved issues, would definitely recommend.

Prettig (groot en netjes) appartement, in een relaxte 'residencia', met een ruim terras en een fraai

Pros: Prettig (groot en netjes) appartement, in een relaxte 'residencia', met een ruim terras en een fraai uitzicht (op de bergen). Woning is compleet uitgerust (tevens 3 badkamers). Vriendelijke en correcte verhuurder. Rustig zwembad (wel wat fris water). Nieuwe supermarkt van Masymas (verse broodjes!) vlakbij - ook andere neringdoenden (zoals een kapper, voor 8 euro!) om de hoek. Javea zelf (spreek uit: Xabieja) is een fijne plaats: met name om vandaar uit te gaan fietsen (allerlei fraaie mountainbike routes), ontspannen (aan het mooie zandstrand en de aardige Arenal boulevard (die niet enorm lang is), met verschillende restaurants, op 600 meter wandelafstand.

Pros: Het appartement is comfortabel, mooi. Pluspunten: goede ligging, airco top, garage een pluspunt, grote living, aangenaam vertoeven, zwembad en tuin zijn mooi en goed onderhouden. Minpunten: tweepersoonsbed boven is te klein/smal = geen tweepersoonsbed, onvoldoende keukengerief, stoelen voor buiten niet comfortabel, weinig handdoeken voorradig, een luifel aan het terras zou welkom zijn (namiddag en vroege avond kan je er niet op , te warm). Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad
