Goede locatie, prima appartement(5de etage)

Wij (6 personen) hebben in juli/augustus 2023 een prima verblijfplaats gehad voor onze vakantie. De eigenaren onderhielden een eerlijk en open email contact met ons. De opvang was prima geregeld ondanks het late uur(22.00 uur). Alles was schoon en de bedden opgemaakt. Uitgebreid keukengerei. 4 airco's zorgden voor een prima binnentemperatuur. De huiskamer is uitgerust met heerlijk zitmeubilair. Af en toe wat last van geuren in 1 badkamer.

Disappointing vacation

Wir können die überschwänglich guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Appartement ist ungemütlich mit abgenutzter teils defekter Einrichtung, unappetitlicher Küche, Einfachverglasung, Fenster sind undicht und klappern bei Wind. Lärm von der Straße. Ungeziefer. Eine Erfahrung, auf die wir gerne verzichtet hätten.

Pros: Het Appartement voldeed aan alle wensen en verwachtingen goed onderhouden en zeer goed uitgerust. Zeer goede locatie en nog een pluspunt; de garage onder het pand. Alleen jammer dat de airco in de loungeruimte stuk was, wij waren hier wel vlak voor aankomst over geïnformeerd. Tussenpersoon ter plekke ook goed bereikbaar en snel in handelen. Torrevieja is een erg leuke, levendige locatie met meerdere mooie stranden, ook in de omgeving. Vooral Spaanse nationaliteit verder van alles wat.

Pros: My wife and I spent 3 weeks in the Hamilton's apartment in Torrevieja from last week of September to mid-October. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the appartment is large for 2 people(3 bedrooms)but would probably be a bit cramped for 6. The view from the balcony is stunning - it can get pretty windy though. A small problem with the TV was sorted to our satisfaction; the WiFi and the electrical equipment worked wel. The communication with Kim Hamilton and their local agent Brenda was extremely pleasant and efficient. A minor point was that some of the furniture, windows and fittings were showing signs of wear, but we have heard the appartment is to be renovated in the near future, which should put it right back in the top bracket. The area of Torrevieja remains very Spannish, despite large numbers of Scandinavians, Russians, and English. Torrevieja has none of the usual signs of mass tourism such as jet ski's, parasailing, etc, and the Los Locos beach directly in front of the appartment is mainly occupied by locals. The harbour and town centre are a short walk of abt 3 kms, and up and down the coast are more lovely beaches to enjoy. We would certainly recommend this apartment and Torrevieja to everybody looking for a restfull holiday - a rental car is , in our opinion, a must.

Pros: Vi reste med bekantar den 3 tom 16 okt 2014.Vi gillade alla lägenheten,tyckte den var modern fräsh ljus o trevligt möblerad.Utsikten från balkongen var fantastisk med soluppgångar man sent ska glömma.Däremot var balkongen mindre än vi föreställt oss av bilderna.Just de 14 dagar vi var där strålade solen varje dag ,men blåsten var lite ihärdig,och eftersom det är en hörnlägenhet svepte det runt,så en lite högre blexi typ glasskiva lite högre än räcket skulle nog göra skillnad.Vi älskade vår vistelse i denna underbara lägenhet,kontakten med ägare o platsansvariga kan inte bli bättre.Vi återvänder gärna och kan varmt rekommendera den.Karin o Lars Jönköping SWEDEN

Hade önskat att adress till lägenheten samt kontaktuppgifter till managern hade förmedlats till oss då vi hade betalt fullpris för vår vistelse. Detta fick jag fråga efter vid ankomst till Spanien. Det löste sig smidigt tillslut ändå. Om vi någonsin styr kosan till Torrevieja igen kommer vi absolut boka in oss i just denna lägenheten igen!

Pros: We spent a wonderful 10days in this spacious flat. As you pass through the spacious lounge/kitchen area to the balcony, the view is incredible. Panoramic view of the sea and the beach. We could sit for hours on the balcony looking at the view. The lounge is extremely comfortable with relaxing chairs and TV with many channels. The kitchen is fully equipped wth many extras. The large double bedrooms have very comfortable beds. I was pleased to find a good hairdryer that didn't need an adaptor. There is a bus stop close by with buses into the centre or to places farther afield. There are restaurants & shops close by. Martin was very helpful with any queries we had. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Pros: Stayed here for 4 weeks, a fantastic apartment, everything is there that you will ever need, high end furniture and furnishings opposite the fantastic los locos beach, right next to bus stops to la mata and torrevieja, many many eateries,, we loved Murphs!! ,close to 2 good supermarkets Fantastic communications with the caring owners and communication with Martin the property manager. It is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and will hopefully return next year. Would highly recommend a stay here

Pros: We just finished a week at the Hamilton's apartment in Torrevieja Spain, in the southern area of the Costa Blanco. It was our first time in this area and we enjoyed Torrevieja very much. The Hamiltion's apartment was a perfect location for us - we could stroll the promenade every day and catch the local action up and down the beach. The apartment also gave excellent walking access to a number of cafes and restaurants - there were good restaurants right on our block facing the beach - and numerous restaurants further south closer to the centre of town. The apartment itself was just fine - very spacious and directly facing the beach - at the time we were there (late April) the weather was blustery and sitting on the terrace was quite cool, so we stayed inside mostly. All in all though it was a very pleasant stay and I very much enjoyed dealing with the Hamilton family - they were very accomodating and the entire booking process went very smoothly.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment extremely close to the Los Locos beach. Clean and well equipped (oven, microwave oven, coffee makers, washing mashine, dishwasher and many other utensils, and finally - the most important during the high season - air condition in all the three rooms and salon). We experienced some small (!!!) problems with electricity (fuses), but nothing really annoying. We got there by a car, so the parking spot in the garage was of critical importance for us. Kim is an extremely friendly host, easy to contact. Although she lives in AUS, she always does her best to make you feel comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality, Kim!

Pros: Vi var 8 personer fra 61 til 4 år. Leiligheten var stor og funksjonell for oss i 14 dager. Ble mottatt av en vennlig representant for eierne og vi fikk overta leiligheten ved ankomst. Etter 2 dager oppdaget vi feil med en elektrisk kontakt. Dette ble rettet dagen etter vi varslet. Det var ny TV med visstnok flere kanaler, men vi ga opp å finne ut av den. Savnet bruksanvisning på engelsk. Dette var ikke et "must", da vi stort sett var ute hele dagen og barna så på DVD eller PC i "innepausene". Internettet i leiligheten var i tregeste laget, men fungerte. Det minste badet hadde en uheldig dusjløsning som gjorde at det fløt vann utover golvet under dusjing. Ble litt ekstra jobb etter hver dusj. Det var stille og fredelig i blokka, men mye støy utenfor. Mye trafikk hele døgnet og søppelbil hver natt kl. 03.00 deretter hjullaster på stranda i 4 - 5 tiden. Lydene ble forsterket i den smale gaten med høye hus på soveromsiden. Området ellers bar preg av dårlig vedlikeholdte fasader på gamle bygårder. Ikke akkurat sjarmerende. Dette til tross kan min kone og jeg tenke oss tilbake en annen gang, men uten småbarn og tenåringer. Hadde en god del hyggelig e-post utveksling med Kim Hamilton fra vi bestilte til etter vi kom hjem. Siden vi ikke hadde leid privat tidligere fikk vi god hjelp og veiledning av henne. Følte at vi ble godt tatt vare på. Anbefales for storfamilie eller venner på tur.
