Danke-war schön

Sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt in der Nebensaision (November).Sehr schöner Meerblick.Viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and der Strandpromenade hatten schon Betriebsferien. Ein Glück, ansonsten wäre es nicht so angenehm erholsam gewesen. Denke, in Hauptsaison wäre es nichts für uns, weil dann zu nahe, bzw direkt, am Tages, Nacht, Tourismusgeschäft, (dann auch mehr Mücken)....Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Umgebung( auch im November). Der Strand , Meer direkt vor der Haustür hat etwas. Tip: Bringt Handtücher mit , es wird nur 1 Satz Handtücher (ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch) / Woche und Person zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach Kommunikation mit Agentur , erhielten wir unmittelbar den 2 Satz gleich dazu und konnten so immer einen sauberen Satz Handtücher / Person nutzen und den anderen Satz waschen bzw. trocknen....Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Ein gelungener Urlaub

Die Wohnung (Rigo 2A) hat eine Top-Lage, einen direkten Blick auf das Meer und einen großen Balkon. Der Verwalter, Herr Klett, hat uns freundlich aufgenommen und alles umfänglich erklärt. Obwohl sich die Wohnungen oberhalb von Restaurants befinden viel der Essengeruch geringer aus als erwartet. Der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Hauptverursacher für den Geräuschpegel ist die gegenüberliegende Bar (besonders samstags). Wer früh schlafen geht, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Etwa gegen 23:45h (Ende September) wird es ruhiger. Auch Wellengeräusche sind deutlich zu hören. Aus der 2. Etage hat man vom Balkon aus einen guten Blick auf die Promenade, wo interessante Beobachtungen zu erwarten sind. Herrlich! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und man findet dort mehr Ausstattung als in manch anderen Wohnungen (wie z.B. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc.). Etwas mehr Besteck und Teller/Salatschüssel wären vorteilhaft, damit es sich auch lohnt den Geschirrspüler anzustellen. Sicher ist die Wohnanlage in die Jahre gekommen (wie viele andere auch), doch dies ist keine Kritik, da es ordentlich und sauber gehalten wird. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt gebührt dem Badezimmer. Hier sollte der Eigentümer in Funktion und Optik investieren. Subjektiv betrachtet war für mich (männlich, 80kg) die Matratze zu weich. In Summe war es ein toller Urlaub. Im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten hat diese Wohnung ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Immer gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist super , Ausstattung ist auch in Ordnung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gläser in der Vitrine waren nicht richtig sauer.

Top Lage, große Zimmer & Terasse

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in den Rigo Wohnungen 2A und 3A und uns gefällt es immer super. Die Lage ist unbezahlbar und man wacht jeden Morgen mit dem Blick auf das blaue Meer auf. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen top ausgestattet. Einzig paar Standardgewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl könnten immer vorhanden sein. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement très confortable et fonctionnel en bord de mer

Appartement parfaitement aménagé, propre et fonctionnel avec une terrasse très agréable car à l'ombre dès midi (vraiment super en pleine saison). L'appartement est au bord de la plage donc vue imprenable sur la mer pour l'apéritif du soir, avec lever de soleil pour ceux qui se lèvent tôt. Quelques échanges un peu froids par mail avant d'arriver sur plage et procédure d'entrée un peu compliquée (il faut attendre le loueur devant un restaurant avec ses bagages car pas de parking immédiatement au pied de l'immeuble ... Mais places de parking dans les rues alentours) mais accueil très sympa et très bonne réactivité du loueur (un sms pour dire que la machine à café ne fonctionnait plus, elle a été remplacée dans les 2h !) Seul petit inconvénient : plutôt bruyant à cause des restaurants et autres animations sur la promenade en bord de mer mais c'est une station balnéaire donc logique, et quelques difficultés pour se garer parfois les soirs d'affluence.

Top Lage

Das Appartement hatte fast alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist einfach super! Direkt am Strand. Da die Wohnung hellhörig ist, hört man das Meer und den Wind stark rauschen. Daran hatten wir uns aber nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe haben wir mit dem Vermittler leider uns Vorwürfe anhören müssen, was wir nicht so gut fanden, auch als wir ihm sagten, dass der Wasserkocher defekt wäre, machte er uns Vorwürfe, dass wir ihm das doch früher mitteilen müssen, da der Besitzer ein paar Stunden vorher da gewesen wäre. Aber nun ja, vielleicht hatte wir nur schlechte Tage bei ihm erwischt. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung empfehlen, wenn man nicht die komplette Ruhe sucht. Noch wichtig: Mückenschutz mitnehmen, da die Wohnung über keine Klimaanlage verfügt!

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist super, obwohl die Ausstattung eher einfach ist. Eine Klimaanlage wäre super gewesen, da die nächste schon sehr warm werden. Denkt auch an den Mückenschutz ;).

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich begrüsst. Das Appartement war top gereinigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon wunderschön. Die Lage ist einmalig und obwohl man direkt an der Strandpromenade ist, stören Abends weder die Musik, noch die Spaziergänger. Das perfekte Appartement für unseren Aufenthalt mit Kinder (2, 6, 7 und 9 Jahre)! Sogar deutsche TV-Sender vorhanden, was ab und zu praktisch war. :-) Die Betreuung vor und während ern Ferien war top! Und das Eis im Cafe Rigo ist sensationell! :-) Gerrne wieder!! Danke für alles!

A little gem

I loved my stay at this apartment. Only 2 things would make it perfect and one is achievable... I wished for an English channel on the tv one afternoon and I wished for a lift now and again.

Toller Urlaub in einer super Wohnung!

Wir haben in der Wohnung 2A (ist die Wohnung rechts außen) einen tollen 14tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben und für unseren Urlaub optimal. Bei 14 Tagen gab es sogar einen Wäschewechsel (Bettwäsche und Handtüscher). Herr Klett sowie der Wohnungsbesitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus gibt's eine Eisdiele mit sehr leckerem Eis, eine Restaurant wo ebenfalls das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und ein Supermarkt für den schnellen Einkauf zwischendrin. Fazit: Wir werden wieder Urlaub machen im Apartementhaus Rigo! Auch Freunden haben wir es schon empfohlen ;-).

Stunning apartment in superb location

As a family of 5 ( 3 adults, 16 yr old and 10 yr old) we stayed in Apt 2C which has 1 double, a twin and a bunk bed room. There was plenty of space, storage and a super balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun beds and a parasol. This overlooked the beautiful beach and sea and was ideal to watch the children on the beach if we popped back to the apartment briefly. It was fully equipped as listed with extras such as washing powder and liquid, clothes pegs etc. The kitchen was lovely with everything you would need to cook and dine in although we preferred to dine at some of the many restaurants nearby. Once the manager hands over the keys you are left to enjoy your holiday without disruption or maids coming in although the manager is available to contact at any time. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning as temperatures rose to 33/34 degrees. The apartment does have 2 fans but these have to be moved from room to room and obviously one bedroom had to do without at night. The location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, shops and laid back bars which had entertainment which tends to quieten down after 11pm. Cala Millor as a whole tends to cater more for Germans especially in surrounding hotels and bars although there are also a few British bars and restaurants especially the Rose and Crown which had great food and family entertainment. We could not fault the resort or apartment and would definitely recommend staying at Rigo. The ice cream parlour below is an absolute must and we enjoyed trying a different flavour each night!

1a Lage mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten 8 erholsame Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Alles ist wie beschrieben, es gibt keine Übertreibungen. Netter und guter Service durch Herrn Klett. Wir planen schon für das nächste Jahr. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Bei frischen auflandigen Wind wird es am späten Nachmittag durch den Schatten auf dem Balkon doch sehr frisch. Wir werden für das nächste Jahr etwas später anreisen, in der Hoffnung das dann die Temperaturen etwas moderater sind.

Erholung pur!

Traumhafter Meerblick

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon ist Traumhaft. H.Klett und der Vermieter der Wohnung sind sehr freundlich.Die Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünchen überig. Wir kommen gerne wieder .
