Villa Old Olive I is a luxuriously equipped villa with a large swimming pool hidden in a small village called Salvela, not far from the town of Vodnjan, right between Pula and Rovinj which you can easily reach in only 15 minutes by car. The villa is very acceessible (just one minute from the main road) but in a private compound full of peace and privacy. Around the house is a private garden with swimming pool, olive trees and a large terrace with sun loungers and barbecue. Relax and dive into a large swimming pool where also the youngest ones can enjoy in the shallow section intended for children. On top of that the youngest ones can have a peek into the playroom in the basement of the house. In your own playroom, you can play billiards, table tennis and table football as long as you like. The house is divided into three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor of the house walk into a modern and spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen from which it is possible to access a beautiful large balcony with a table and chairs able to fit everybody for a dinner outside. From the balcony enjoy the open sea view and the Brijuni Islands. If you would like to spend time outside the villa, we advise you to visit the nearby Fažana or Peroj and visit their beautiful beaches, in just a 10-minute drive.
