Ferienwohnung mit 3 Tage Aufenthalt

Es hat alles super funktioniert, man konnte dort super schlafen, es war ruhig und Sauber mit allem was man braucht. Mit Balkon und guter aussicht und einem Garten. Alles in allem super und eine freundliche Gastgeberin!

Sehr sauber und tolle Umgebung

Die Kommunikation mit Gabi lief stets reibungslos und immer schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bietet genug Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Der Eingangsbereich mit Garten könnte gepflegter sein, entspricht nicht ganz den Bildern, ebenso wirkt das Treppenhaus zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der St. Leoner See ist zum Baden super, auch mit Kindern.

Wohnung ist ok. Ist ein älteres Gebäude in Wohnsiedlung. Sehr enge Bebauung. Man bekommt von den Nachbaren leider alles mit. Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Für zwei Übernachtungen gut geeignet

Wohnung im ersten Stock eines älteren Hauses. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Der "Garten" im Hinterhof wirkt etwas ungepflegt. Wir haben die sehr saubere Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Das war ausreichend. Leider hatten wir am zweiten Abend und am Morgen danach nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir waren über Pfingsten dort und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen ! Eine ganz tolle und vor allem saubere Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin Gabi war sehr freundlich und mit dem Ein und Auschecken hat alles super geklappt. Einzige kleine Anregung: für die Damenwelt fehlt ein bodenlanger Spiegel - was aber vermutlich nicht jede Frau benötigt.......(ich aber schon) Auf jeden Fall nur zu empfehlen !

Appartement spacieux et très agréable

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement. Le quartier est calme, l'appartement est très agréable, lumineux et bien équipé, idéal pour un plus long séjour. La propriétaire, très sympathique, est venue nous saluer à notre arrivée.

Super Unterkunft in mittlerer Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und vorallem gemütlich, zudem war alles vorhanden wie bei sich zuhause. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft genau in der Mitte von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und man führt angenehme Gespräche mit ihr. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dort gerne wieder übernachten, nächstesmal für länger 😉

Ideal als Startpunkt für tolle Ausflüge

Wir haben als Kollegengruppe mit 3 Erwachsenen zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Lage ist ideal als Startpunkt für vielfältige Ausflugsziele und auch der Ort selbst hat einen Edeka mit Bäckerei in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ein paar Meter weiter gibt es weitere Discounter und eine Drogerie. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre das Bereitstellen von Eierkocher und Eierbechern. Dies haben wir vermisst, ebenso geschlossene Kleiderschränke. Auch die Möglichkeit, dass man das Bad und die Schlafzimmer abschließen kann, wäre gerade dann gut, wenn man als Freundesgruppe unterwegs ist. Das WC ist abschließbar. Die Wohnungseinrichtung hat zusammengestöpselt gewirkt und war nicht unbedingt die modernste; es waren einige optische Mängel (abgerissene Tapete, bemalte Wände, Kabel aus der Wand), die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der große Balkon ist toll und auch die Möglichkeit, Kicker oder Billard zu spielen ist toll. Die Betten waren bequem, allerdings sind die Matratzen eher hart, dies sollte man vorab wissen. Die Wohnung war allerdings sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Check In war problemlos und super freundlich. Gabi ist eine super freundliche Gastgeberin. Danke.

family visit!

My parents and my two children joined my husband and I for a visit to Gabi's apartment. It was perfect for our size family. We had two rooms complete with kinder beds. The apartment included everything we needed even a porch to enjoy the sun. Just be aware that the apartment is on the second floor. Also the listing has a guest WC listed but it is a toilet in a separate room for the shower. So only one toilet. Thanks for hosting us Gabi. ~Jamie
