Train: Rovereto main station about 38 km away. The landlord is available by phone/WhatsApp for questions. Our on-site caretaker service takes care of minor repairs/assistance.

Before you arrive, we need a copy (both sides) of an ID card or passport from all of your fellow travelers so that we can register you with the municipality for the tourist tax. Please email these documents to us.

Casa Uta is located approx. 3 km from the center of Limone in Tremosine/Bazzanega and is an ideal starting point for a wide variety of leisure activities. Numerous hiking trails can be reached directly and without a car. There are also numerous passes for mountain bikers and motorcyclists. Limone offers surf and kite schools for all water sports enthusiasts. The beach and the beach bar are 3 km away and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
