Immer gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war tip-top in Ordnung und wenn mal was nicht OK war wurde das umgehend behoben. Wir haben fürs nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht.

Wonderful experience and hospitality

The listing matches the property and my family of 4 had a wonderful time. The house is warm, inviting and very well maintained. Clean with great decor. The kitchen accessories were plentiful and of quality. The host met us on the very first afternoon, showed us absolutely everything in the house, and even recognized that my son was a gamer. She offered to bring a different TV for him so he could have more privacy and returned later that afternoon with a TV for his bedrooms. I would recommend this property and one of the nicer packages I have stayed in around Cape Coral.

Winter Break

Great time and location! The communication with the owner was excellent and the house was well worth the reservation. The pool and canal was so relaxing and you cannot be the location, especially with the proximity of so many areas, Fort Myers Beach, Sarasota, Naples, Marco Island, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Villa am Kanal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.Sehr schöne Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Toller Pool.. einfach nur Wohlfühlen. Alle Geschäfte u. Rest. schnell und z.Teil auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir waren vom 24.12.12- 07.01.13 in der Villa Monika und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Pool, der Kanal und die Umgebung sind fantastisch. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Monika. Grüße aus Bad Homburg

3 Wochen Traumurlaub

Liebe Traumhausvermieter, zunächst nochmals herzlichen Dank für 3 unvergessene Wochen in Ihrem tollen Haus. Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir sehr beeindruckt. Das Haus ist von innen und außen sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die netten Hausbetreuer hatten für uns eingekauft und den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Trotz großer Hitze, bis 40 Grad, haben wir uns zu jeder Zeit in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war vollklimatisiert und man konnte nachts in dem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer sehr gut schlafen. Auch unser Enkel (11 Jahre). Es war immer eine Wohltat nach anstrengenden Ausflügen und Touren "nach Hause" zurück-zukommen. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Infomappe war uns sehr hilfreich. Auch den Pool haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Jeden Tag mehrmals. Den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse oder direkt am Kanal werden wir nicht vergessen. So sieht perfekter Urlaub aus. Nur schade, dass 3 Wochen so schnell vorbei sind. Unser Enkel wollte gar nicht mehr nach Hause und würde am liebsten jeden Urlaub dort verbringen. Gerne kommen wir wieder und können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen. Liebe Grüße von den 3 Waltropern

Urlaub vom Allerfeinsten

Eigentlich sagt die Überschrift schon alles: Das Haus entspricht in sämtlichen Belangen exakt der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist absolut geschmackvoll. Die Ausstattung des Hauses bietet bis ins kleinste Detail alles was man braucht und ist in einem Topzustand. Vom Gasgrill bis zu den Strandstühlen, von der Küchenausstattung bis zum WiFi ist einfach alles da. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ist man sowohl von den Vermietern als auch von den Betreuern vor Ort bestens betreut. Die Lage in Cape Coral ist wie beschrieben, Publix-Supermarkt und ein großer Target-Markt sind in wenigen (Auto-)Minuten zu erreichen. Die genialen Five Guys sowie ein Ruby Tuesday sind ebenso in der Nähe. Mel's Diner und Bubbas Roadhouse (ca. 15 Autominuten) gehören zum Pflichtprogramm :-) Dass wenige Hauser weiter eine Firestation ist hat uns nicht im geringsten gestört. Der Urlaub in der Villa Monika war Erholung pur. Für Ausflüge ist Cape Coral ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Sanibel und Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach und Ft. Myers liegen sozusagen vor der Haustür. Zum Einkaufen ist das Miromar die halbstündige Anfahrt in jedem Fall wert. Fazit: Die Villa Monika können wir jederzeit und uneingeschränkt für Floridaneulinge als auch für erfahrene Urlauber weiter empfehlen.
