Solar power provides most of the energy for the property: air conditioning for summer and underfloor heating of the main house for autumn, winter and spring! The pool can also be warmed using solar energy. Broadband quality internet conectivity allows for seamless remote working.

Finca La Devesa is situated on a large land plot (15,000 sqm) full of olive, almond and fig trees, on the Llevant mountain slope, 2km above the sea side village of Colonia St Pere, in the quiet north-east of Mallorca. This secluded and private finca comprises a main house and two bungalows with a total of four double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Next to a shaded porch is the large terrace overlooking the sea with a private heated swimming pool (10x4m). The main house has a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and living room inc broadband wifi internet, satellite TV and Sonos stereo.

In the nearby village of Colonia St Pere there are restaurants, shops, a small sandy beach and a yacht marina. The market town of Arta is 8km away in which all manner of shops and resturants are available throughout the year.
