In front of the villa is the TAMARINDO COMMERCIAL CENTER, with bakeries, restaurants, pubs, bars, internet cafe, car rental office, supermarket and several stores and offices.

There is a TAXIS stop within walking distance, 100 m. approx. Two bus stops at 200-300 m in all directions.

ENVIRONMENT: The villa is located 3 minutes drive from the old town of Corralejo. The roads are good and there are no crowds, both in Corralejo and throughout the island.
