'Villa for Families Los Agaves' with Mountain View, Pool & Wi-Fi

The Villa for Families Los Agaves is located in La Cala de Mijas and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. In addition, a private sauna and a pool table are available for your use. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. There is also a communal tennis court which can be used when not occupied.
The property is situated 600m from the beach and there is also a beautiful 8km coastal path.
2 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage.
Pets are not allowed.
Youth groups are not admitted.

The property is reserved for families.
The parties are allowed for those staying in the house and respecting the night hours of the coexistence of the neighbors, in case of disturbing they will call the police.
The entrance to the house is totally prohibited to people who are not staying in it.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
