OUTDOORS:
The large, covered terrace on the ground floor is beautifully shaded and offers a seating area with table and benches and sun loungers. Two more terraces are upstairs. The garden, which is planted with palm trees and oleanders, invites you to relax. In the rear garden there is a barbecue area, which is equipped with a brick barbecue and table and benches. Enjoy your grilled specialties out here in the fresh air. The on-site parking is located 30 meters from the house. Furthermore, you can still benefit from a boat dock.

SPECIAL FEATURE:
In-house kayaks are available free of charge. Special experience for sports or recreation seekers!

SURROUNDINGS:
It is eight kilometers to the nearest supermarket (Konzum). A pebble beach is only 30 meters from the house. 200 meters to a rocky beach. The environment is ideal for active vacationers. Surfer find ideal conditions in the surfing paradise "Viganj" 15 kilometers away. Besides, you can go hiking or make interesting trips, for example to Korčula city (ten kilometers).

Podobuce Top - Villa Palma Flop
Podobuce und Umgebung sind sehr schön und eine Reise wert. Die Bucht ist sehr schön und die Nachbarorte sind schnell zu erreichen. Von Orebic aus kann man mit der Fähre auf die schöne Insel Korcula fahren. Das Ferienhaus ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist leider sehr ungepflegt und bedarf einer Grundreinigung und einiger Erneuerungen.

Beautiful Podobuce
We got totally in love with both Villa Palma and the rest of the little village! We had a wonderful week and found new friends and became overwhelmed of the hospitality, Here you don't eat at restaurants its more or less as a guest at the owners private house :) We can only recommend Villa Palma, it was nice and quiet and you could find a nice place to sit around the house during all hours. Reinhard was really helpful and gave always long and quick answers regarding the villa, travel and questions when we had arrived. Fani was also helpful with all practical things and we felt very welcome!

Tolles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage
Die Villa Palma ist ein hübsches Ferienhaus in einer traumhaften Gegend. Man erreicht Podobuce am Ende einer eindrucksvollen Küstenstraße. Für die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz im Ort sollte das Auto intakte Bremsen haben. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und damit immernoch in nächster Nähe zum Strand sowie ausreichend nah zum Parkplatz (während andere Urlauber ihr Gepäck durch den halben Ort schleppen oder mit Schubkarren bergauf und -ab schieben). Durch die in der oberen Ebene das Haus umgebende Terasse, mehrere Sonnenliegen und die Hängematte findet man zu jeder Tageszeit ein gemütliches, schattiges Plätzchen. Auch die Terasse der unteren Ebene ist von einem dicken Dach aus Weinlaub bedeckt. Im Inneren findet man ein reichlich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche enthält alles was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Weiteres Highlight sind die zum Haus gehörenden Kayaks. Mit diesen kann man bei stiller See die imposante Steilküste vom Wasser aus erkunden. Bei Wellengang kann man sich vor der Bucht kräftig durchschaukeln lassen. Im Ort gibt es zwei Gaststätten und eine Bar. In beiden Gaststätten kann man sehr lecker Essen! Wenn es mal nicht zu heiß ist, kann man in der direkten Umgebung wandern, in anderen Buchten der Halbinsel baden oder schnorcheln gehen oder durch die Altstädte von Korcula bzw. Dubrovnik bummeln. Das Haus, der Ort und die Halbinsel sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Un excellent séjour dans une villa très agréable
Cette villa au cœur d'un ancien petit village de pécheurs est très agréable et à deux pas de la plage et d'une crique très protégée. Au calme, ombragée et spacieuse, le niveau de confort est très bon avec une petite réserve concernant certains équipements manquants (cafetière...). Le site est merveilleux et les petits restaurants de Podobuce proposent une cuisine simple et délicieuse.

Super Urlaub - sehr empfehlenswert!
Haus und Ort entsprachen voll unserer Erwartung genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet, liegt direkt an Weingärten und gleich beim Strand. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, der Ort ist sauber und vollkommen autofrei, Strand und Wasser sehr schön. In Podubuce gibt es 2 nette Restaurants mit toller Aussicht und gutem Essen! Der Ort Orebic ist ca. 10 km entfernt und bietet umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und gut betreut, und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Fabian

Tolles Haus und schöner Ort
Das Ferienhaus hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht, alles sauber und gut gepflegt! Podobuce ist ein sehr kleiner idyllischer Ort, die Bucht ist sehr schön, das Wasser sehr sauber. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Great time in Podobuce
We spent 14 amazing days in Podobuce, and enjoyed it a lot! The location is really marvellous, the village and beach great and it was perfect for our family. Your house is really nice as well and we enjoyed the many terraces and great views, and the barbecue place. Thanks a lot also to Katica for her warm welcome and support.
