One of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in

Fantastic apartment
Fantastic apartment in a great location, right at the port among the best bars and restaurants but high up and great views. The best appointment apartment we’ve ever stayed in, it was really great. The sun awning wouldn’t retract and we worried about it during a storm.

Highly recommended apartment at the port of Alcudia
Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Spotless with everything you could ever need. Restaurants, beach and marina with activities all within 5-15 minutes walk. Ample free parking if you have a rental car. There’s a short walk from the car park to apartment so keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Lovely welcome amenities which were much appreciated after a long days travel. Check-in was smooth and hosts were super responsive. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Amazing view from all areas of apartment. Apt was so well equipped and a fabulous welcome package. Extremely clean and very well furnished. Loved it and will be staying again. We would have liked black out blinds in the bedroom or the room was extremely bright once the sun rose. Also, there was no letter on the door which was slightly confusing at check in.

Sommerverlängerung in Alcùdia
Die Lage des Appartements ist hervorragend mit der herrlichen Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Hafen und den Strand von Port d‘Alcúdia. Wir haben fast sechs Wochen hier verbracht und nichts für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vermisst. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig (u.a. DeLonghi Nespresso Maschine mit einer großen Auswahl an Kaffeekapseln, WMF Messerblock und Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen von Zwilling, alles in Bestzustand). Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen prompt und professionell. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist gut organisiert. Angenehm überrascht wurden wir auch von einem leckeren Willkommensgruß. Im Haus steht ein Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung. Zwei Supermärkte, in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, sind auch in der Nachsaison immer geöffnet. Viele Restaurants und Bars an der Strandpromenade und in den Seitenstraßen waren bis zu unserer Abreise im Dezember noch geöffnet. Am Straßenende, ca. 100 m entfernt, kann man sein Auto (bislang jedenfalls) kostenlos parken, es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ein kleines Manko ist die fehlende Lüftung im Bad. Die Türklinke zum Abstellraum (in dem die Waschmaschine steht), sollte repariert werden. Für Gäste, die gerne im Dunkeln schlafen, sollte in den beiden Schlafzimmern die Möglichkeit der Abdunklung geschaffen werden.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten. Der Blick über Port Alcudia war unser Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und immer sehr freundlich. Weil wir mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs waren, war die Lautstärke im Haus und draußen für uns manchmal problematisch - insbesondere in den Abendstunden.

Check-In und Kommunikation reibungslos und transparent. Lage des Appartments ist top: kostenlose Parkplätze und tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Man ist „mittendrin“ und fußläufig schnell in Oldtown. Die Wohnung war toll und nach gutem Standard eingerichtet. Aufmerksames Willkommenspaket :-) Check out war unter der Woche leider nicht möglich - wären gerne ein paar Tage länger geblieben

Wir waren jetzt zum vierten Mal in dieser Traumwohnung mit diesem wunderschönen Blick auf Hafen und Strand. An Ausstattung in der Wohnung fehlt nichts. Ankommen, und sich erholen. Dominique und sein Bruder Kevin sind immer zu erreichen und helfen bei Bedarf immer weiter. Mein Sohn war mit seiner Familie erstmals mit und hatte die Wohnung Blue Sea gemietet. Sie schwärmen genauso, wie wir von der Wohnung und den netten Gastgebern.

Tolles Appartment mit wundervollem Ausblick !!!
Wir sind ziemlich begeistert und haben mehr Leistung erhalten als wir erwartet haben. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert. Es war einfach alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit richtig schönem Ausblick auf den Hafen von Alcudia mit großer Terasse und Balkonen. Die professionelle Küche und die restlichen Zimmer waren alle in einem schönen modernen Style ausgestattet. Wir könnten noch ziemlich viel Positives schreiben. Es wurde auf jede Kleinigkeit professionell geachtet. Daher ein großes Kompliment an die Innenarchitekten, die sich für die Innenaustattung und somit unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert hatten. Vielen lieben Dank, dass Sie uns diesen tollen Urlaub mit diesem schönen Appartment ermöglicht haben.

Eine unserer besten Wohnungen die wir in den vielen Jahren hatten.
Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation. Super einfacher Check-in. Kostenfreie Parkplätze nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Gewürze, Olivenöl, Balsamico etc. Es gibt eine gute Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Kapseln in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super schöne Wohnung in Top Lage
Wir sind dieses Jahr dreimal in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Wohnung gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Wohnungseinrichtungen sind insgesamt neuwertig, es ist immer einwandfrei und sauber. Mit Dominique haben wir mittlerweile ein vertrauensvolles Verhältnis. Er ist immer erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder Uns fallen keine Verbesserungsvorschläge ein, da alles stimmig ist
