Huge Disappointment

The pictures make it look great, however it is not. This is a poorly renovated space (e.g. stairs that are uneven and unsafe, no handrail), it is poorly maintained (e.g., cabinet door falling off, broken sink, etc.), there were no sheets on the bed or any to be found anywhere in the unit, wifi internet only worked for the first few hours.

Weihnachtsübernachtung in dieser Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nur einzelne Möbel neu. Es fehlten eine Küchenfront, manche Schränke hat man sich nicht getraut aufzumachen. Lichtschalter hinter Bild gefunden, im Schlafzimmer keine Nachttische und das eine Bett muss geprüft werden auf Standfestigkeit. Badezimmer war sehr schön!!! Heizung ließ sich teilweise nicht regeln, es war wirklich recht kühl in der Wohnung.

Schöne Fotos, die nicht der Realität entsprechen

Leider ist die FeWo nicht zu empfehlen. Auf den Fotos wirkt alles modern, sauber und ordentlich, leider trifft das nicht zu!!! In der Dusche hängt die Ablage schief an einer Schraube, ein Waschbecken ist nicht benutzbar, da der Stopfen im Abfluss festhängt, in der Küche fehlen Schranktüren, alles ist schief, teilweise lassen sich die Türen nicht öffnen. Die Möbel sind alt und abgenutzt, alles wirkt schmuddelig.Die Treppe ist ganz schief und wackelig,damit man auf den Spitzboden gelangt. Die Betten waren lieblos hergerichtet, mit knittriger Bettwäsche. Für Kinder ist die Wohnung garnicht geeignet!!! Finger weg….offene Steckdosen, die Gitter auf der unteren Terasse sind nicht sicher, alles wurde zusammen geschustert! Die Wohnung riecht muffig….nie wieder! Wir haben 305 Euro für 2 Nächte gezahlt, einfach unverschämt!
