3-storey cottage in Uuttuniemi. 9 km north of Kuusamo centre (towards Ruka)
In the winter, for example, you can go skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and tobogganing.

During the summer there is possibility to go berry picking, mushroom picking in the canopy forest and fishing. The beach (muddy) is 50m away and a boat is available. The location is quiet and the property is ideal for families and small business groups.

A 3-story cabin built in 2004.
Top floor: 2 single beds.
Middle floor: 1 single bed in each of the two bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room. Living room kitchen + toilet.
Lower floor: 2 single beds in the sleeping alcove, sofa bed in the fireplace room. Mini kitchen and electric sauna (renovated in 2024) + toilet.
Riipinen Game and souvenir shop 5 km. Spa Holiday Club Kuusamo Tropiikki, Angry Birds activity park and Kuusamo Golf 5 km.
Ruka tourist center with its many activities 19 km: several places to hang out and eat, e.g. Riipinen Riistaravintola (and souvenir shop). Great skiing slopes in winter and e.g. summer sledding hill in summer.
Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros 39 km, Riisitunturi National Park 40 km.

Additional equipment: Own rowing boat and life vests for customers. Cozy lean-to shelter, where you can spend time even with a larger group.

More information: Customers have a starter pack of firewood, you can get more from the guardian for price €10/firewood bag. During the winter, the owner makes own ski trail the cabin (condition should be asked from the owner in advance).

Reservations start at 16 and end at 12 (also weekend reservations).
