The Space:
The fully-equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The 51 m² surface is divided a living room with a double bed, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has access to a balcony fitted with garden furniture, overlooking the estate and the street. The interior is stylishly decorated in a bright style, while comfortable furnishing and personalized details give it a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is also functionally equipped: there is a range of amenities such as multimedia (free access to a Wi-Fi network and a flat-screen TV) and household appliances (a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hair dryer). For an easy beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided. Guests travelling by car can park on two private parking spaces in the underground parking lot.

The Neighborhood:
This modern apartment is located in the new housing complex “Nowych Kosmonautów” at 15 Serbska Street in Poznań in a very convenient location: in a residential area with full local infrastructure and easy access to the center.
The neighborhood is perfectly suited to meet life's daily needs thank to proximity of stores: on the ground floor of the building there is Biedronka supermarket and Żabka grocery store. A shopping complex with restaurants, stores and a gym is located 300 meters away. An undeniable advantage of this location is the convenience of access to other districts of Poznań. The newly built streetcar connection from the "Serbska" stop and bus stops right next to the housing estate allow for quick access to the city center. Additionally, the car drive to the Old Market Square takes about 10 minutes, and the area is very bike-friendly with multiple city bike rental stations. In the area there are also walking areas on the Warta River: the historic Szelągowski Park adjacent to the green areas of the largest park in the city - Cytadela, the promenade "Wartostrada" with the city beach and marina with boat rental.
