Living, riding and possibly working in a listed former steam mill with bread bakery from the 19th century. It is a four-sided farm which has been successively renovated and now has been extended with the first 3 holiday flats. In the four-sided farm itself there is also a horse stable with approx. 25 boxes and a small riding hall; in the immediate vicinity there is the Hexenburg riding facility with another 30 horses, a large riding hall, outdoor arenas and excellent riding terrain - you are also welcome to bring your horse, guest boxes are available.

The flat itself is thoroughly styled; natural stone floor, carpentry furniture made of multiplex, kitchen worktop and eating bar concrete with wood inlays, retro design fridge, bathroom concrete spatula technique - those who like cool design will be thrilled, those who prefer it more rustic should book another accommodation!

ATTENTION: The four-sided courtyard is not yet fully developed/finished, individual wings as well as the complete outdoor facilities are still under construction - THIS HAS BEEN CONSIDERED AND ADDED TO THE ROOM PRICES.
Please note that the holiday flats can only be booked subject to a seasonal minimum period.

For environmental reasons and in order to keep the overall costs low, the price shown only includes the pure overnight costs: Optional or on request can be booked in addition in direct consultation with your host:
Bed linen and/or towels, 5€/set.
Final cleaning: 25€ per stay.
Dog: 15€/night. Breed must be communicated in advance, vaccination card must be sent, maximum 2 dogs.
(Fast) WLAN: 3€/day.
Washing machine/dryer: 5€ per machine/use.
