Welcome to our 1-room studio in Orselina. Here you can relax, enjoy, feel good, switch off and discover Ticino! We like to spend our own holidays here and have set up a cosy hide-away with lake view. We take great attention to detail. The apartment contains everything you need. We provide coffee, good linen and cosy towels. Non-smokers only please. No parties. Noise sensitive house.The apartment is centrally located, practically and beautifully furnished, consisting of a 160cm double bed and a comfortable Chesterfield-style sofa. Bedroom and living room are covered with a new oak parquet. The kitchen is well equipped but without a dishwasher. There are various restaurants within a short walking distance from our studio and there is a bakery very close by, which is also open on Sundays. A 10-minute walk leads to the Madonna del Sasso church, the Cardada-Cimetta cable car and the funicular to Locarno. A beautiful park is in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to Locarno in about 20 minutes, there is a direct staircase down from Madonna del Sasso.NO own parking lot. Can be reached very conveniently by public transport. The "Orselina Posta" stop is right in front of the house. Bus no. 3 or 312 runs regularly to Locarno train station, to the center and to the lake. Orselina is airy and quiet above Locarno and is a perfect base to explore Ticino. ID: NL-00006539
