Es ist ein tolles Apartment nur eine kurze Fahrt von Wildkogel arena. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und wird regelmäßig gefragt, wie es läuft. Auf den Fotos war es nicht gut zu erkennen, aber die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. (übersetzter Text)

Super mooie plek
Super netjes appartement op de bovenste verdieping van een authentiek oostenrijks huis met een eigen opgang. Heel aardige en attente eigenaar. Broodjesservice is ideaal en leuk voor de kinderen om te helpen. (Bakker stopt brood in de mand beneden waarna je die s'ochtends kan omhoog halen) zoals eerdere ervaringen, het is een super netjes en schoon appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader.Zoals

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit einer super Aussicht ins Tal und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Im Tal gibts Langlauf und Skater Leupen. Kinder können Schlitten fahren und man kann schöne Spaziergänge machen. Küche super ausgestattet. Badezimmer hat eine schöne begehbare Dusche. Franz der Vermieter war super sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank Franz

Toller Familienurlaub in toller Unterkunft bei tollem Gastgeber
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Wald im Pinzgau. Die Umgebung gibt sehr viel an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Erlebnissen her. Vor allem für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Franz, der Vermieter, war stets erreichbar und darauf bedacht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu bereiten. Er war zudem immer sehr lieb zu unseren Kleinen und konnte auch mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen weiterhelfen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und es spricht nichts dagegen, wiederzukommen. Danke, lieber Franz, wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

Und hat es sehr gefallen. Kommen sicher wieder. Vermieter Franz ist sehr nett und hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wohnung ist sehr schön (perfekt für Familien) und in einer Top Lage mit grandiosen Ausblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Geweldig!
Mooi, schoon, ruim en heel net onderhouden appartement. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. We hebben er een hele fijne week gehad met ons gezin (3 kinderen). Waren hier voor skivakantie in Hochkrimml. Skigebied is met de auto goed bereikbaar, autorit van een klein kwartiertje. We wilden voor volgend jaar weer hetzelfde appartement boeken, maar was helaas al gereserveerd.

Hervorragend saubere Ferienwohnung mit nettem Vermieter
Danke für den netten Empfang. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen super Blick auf das Bergpanorama, das man vom Balkon genießen kann. In nächster Nähe befindet sich das Skigebiet Wildkogel. Wir waren zwei Tage Boarden und es war wirklich super und hat Spaß gemacht. Die große Küche ist super um für mehrere Personen zu kochen. Alles funktioniert und ist in gutem Zustand. Kleines Extra sind Stellplätze für Autos, die genutzt werden dürfen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und alles lief reibungslos ab. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Das Haus liegt etwas höher gelegen, daher ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Silvesterurlaub im Pinzgau
Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im Pinzgau. Der Vermieter Franz war super nett und die Abstimmung bei An- und Abreise hat bestens geklappt. Für die Kids gab es einen kleinen Korb, wo morgens die Brötchen drin waren und mit einem Seil hochgezogen werden konnten. Auch Tiere konnten die Kids anschauen. Schafe, Ziegen und Hasen gibt es auf dem Hof. Man ist schnell an den Gondeln die einen in ein traumhaftes Ski-Gebiet hinauf bringen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist sauber und man hat genügend Platz. Man darf keine super moderne Einrichtung erwarten, sondern gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, passend zur Umgebung. Danke an Franz für deine Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Hund . Direkt mit Blick in die Berge in einer Wohnung sehr sauber mit allem was man braucht . Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam . Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich haben fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht .

Schöne Fewo in toller Lage
Gleich zu Beginn zeigte sich, dass wir uns bei einem lieben Menschen eingemietet hatten. Eigentlicher Check In wäre 15 Uhr gewesen. Franz unterbrach extra seine Arbeit um uns schon 13.30 Uhr in die Wohnung zu lassen. Vom persönlichen Parkplatz aus ging es in die Wohnung um 2. OG, von deren Balkon man einen fantastischen Blick über das Tal hat. Da es sich um ein Gebäude in einer Sackgasse handelt, ist es zudem sehr ruhig. Man hört die Krimmeler Wasserfälle... Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, bietet für 4 Personen mehr als genug Platz und in der Küche lässt es sich gut kochen. Auch beim Essen lässt sich der hervorragende Blick auf die verschneiten Gipfel genießen. Nicht unerwähnt lassen wollen wir die gut organisierte Mülltrennung, weil wir das schon ganz anders erlebt haben. Von der Fewo aus sind sowohl kleine als auch große Unternehmungen gut zu machen. Lassen Sie sich von Franz beraten, er hat gute Tipps auf Lager und kennt den ein oder anderen Geheimtipp. Mit kleineren Kindern müssen Sie umbedingt an die kleinen Wasserräder im Wald gehen... Überhaupt hat der Herbergsvater ein Gespür für Dinge, die Kindern Spaß machen. Backwaren, die der Bäcker morgens nach Bestellung liefert, können mit einer Schnur und einem daran befestigten Korb direkt auf den Balkon hochgezogen werden.

Prima en ruime vakantiewoning met mooi uitzicht over het dal. Goede broodjesservice. Prettig contact met de eigenaar. De woning ligt tussen de skigebieden van Hochkrimml en Neukirchen welke met een korte autorit te bereiken zijn.
