Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt... außer vielleicht einer Gästemappe mit einigen wichtigen Informationen, wie z. B. Abreisemodalitäten, Bedienung des TV-Gerätes. Ruhige Lage, zum Zentrum 10 min. zu Fuß. Ein Lidl mit Backwaren ist in direkter Nähe. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und gemütlicher Aufenthalt - immer wieder gern.

Entspannter Urlaub in Top-Lage

Wir haben einen entspannten Urlaub in toller Lage in Zinnowitz verbracht. Die FeWo befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ortskern und Strand und doch abseits vom Verkehr, so dass man die Ruhe genießen konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist funktional und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Anordnung der Möbel im kombinierten Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist durch die Dachschrägen nicht optimal. Uns fehlte ein bisschen Gemütlichkeit (kleiner Teppich, evtl. Bilder und etwas Deko), aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssache. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Schlechte Erfahrung

Die Wohnung ist wegen vielen Unzulänglichkeiten nicht zu empfehlen. Es gab mehr Ärger als Erholung. Ausstattungsmängel: Arbeitsfläche Küche, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, fehlender Sonnenschirm, fehlende Müllentsorgung, Verletzungsgefahr durch schräge im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, ungemütliche Sitzmöbel, Geschirr und Besteck waren lückenhaft. Würden Aufenthalt dort nie wiederholen.

Nette neue Ferienwohnung, nur die Möglichkeit seine Strand-Handtücher zu trocken fehlte und im Badezimmer gibt es auch wenige Möglichkeiten die Badetücher aufzuhängen, gerade wenn man zu viert ist. Ansonsten 4,8 von 5 *

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben.Zum Strand braucht man nur 10min.zu Fuß und man hat die Shopping Meile inkl.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Z.B.LIDL ,EDEKA alles in der Nähe. Alles in allem eine super schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 13 Tage auf Usedom und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Sehr sauber ruhiges Haus alles schnell zu erreichen auch Bahnhof in 10 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

gerne wieder

Sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage. Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, 5 Gehminuten zum Ortskern. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen, würden diese auch sofort wieder buchen.
