Die Wohnung ist über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar und barrierefrei. Insgesamt ist sie sehr geschmackvoll maritim gehalten. Der große zugehörige Parkplatz erleichtert das Handling. Frau Regge regelt Bestellungen / Wünsche / Reparaturanfragen schnell und unkompliziert.
