Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns gut versorgt gefühlt. Wir fanden auch gut ,dass es ganz in der Nähe einen Tabakladen (Morgenzeitung ) und einen Supermarkt (Brötchen) gab. Außerdem fuhr die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür in die Innnenstadt.So hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Wien.

Het verblijf was gewoon super. Een eigenaar die op je staat te wachten, ook al heeft je trein een behoorlijke vertraging. Zeer vriendelijk en met je meedenkt en adviezen geeft. Als hier iemand commentaar op heeft dan ligt het echt aan hemzelf. Appartement was zeer netjes. Winkel tegenover het appartement. En de tram die voor de deur stopt.

Josef met us at the apartment.
The apartment was clean and very spacious. Josef met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know. There is a grocery store close and a couple of nice restaurants within a block. The tram stop is right across the street making it easy to get to downtown Vienna. The one drawback is the parking is about 15 minutes away in an open lot. We were nervous about leaving our rental car there but it was fine when we picked it up. Also Josef told us we had to pay cash but the machine there accepted our credit card. Thanks Josef for the help and our nice stay in Vienna.

Ideal location, spacious apartment and well equipped – perfect for a week in Vienna. Communication with Josef was very easy, and the photo directions for finding the place were a great help. Highly recommended! Josef goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are welcome. Location is perfect for getting around Vienna.

Gut für Kurztrip
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahn Linie 1, mit der man im 10 Minuten-Takt schnell zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innendtadt kommt. Die direkte Umgebung bietet ausser einem Supermarkt gegenüber nicht viel. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, sauber etwas älter aber funktional. Gut für max. 3 Personen, sonst wird es eng in der Küche und am Tisch. Netter Empfang vom Vermieter, trotz unserer Zugverspätung.

Der Gastgeber hat uns wie vereinbart in der Wohnung empfangen. Sehr freundlich war die Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten und die Tipps zum Parken in Wien, super! Alles was man braucht ist da. Falls man mit 4 Personen anreist, könnte es beim Frühstück etwas eng werden. Für uns beide, luxuriös viel Platz. An und Abreise unkompliziert.

This apartment was perfectly situated. The #1 tram was across the street and provided transporation to all the sites and connection to the out of town trains and airport. This two bedroom apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The Host (Josef) was welcoming and easily accessible. Would highly recommend this accommodation for familes and friends visiting Vienna

Herzlich Empfang und ein zuvorkommender Host
Die Gästewohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr angenehm. Ausstattung ist ok und die gute Lage wirklich prima. Wien ist schon toll.

We had a wonderful time in Vienna and this great apartment was a key piece of the experience. The location is on a tram/streetcar line with stops in both directions in the block, so access to the whole city is simple. The place is very clean with a nice layout for either a couple or family - kitchen/dining, living, (2) bedrooms, WC, and shower; and there's a grocery also located within the block. Our host was fantastic - meeting us as we arrived at the address, walking us thru access to the place, and reviewing the various amenities of the apartment and local. Vienna is a very historic city and we enjoyed all corners - we would visit again!

Gute Lage, sehr netter Gastgeber, schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten die Wohnung für 6 Nächte angemietet und waren begeistert von der guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und die Ruhe in der Nacht ( trotz der Lage mitten in der Stadt ). Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und Herr Bernhardt als Gastgeber äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt muss ich einige Male unangenehme Gerüche ums Haus und im Treppenhaus anführen, für die Herr Bernhardt nicht verantwortlich war. Allgemein waren wir sehr zufrieden !!!

Alles vom Besten. Sehr gute Straßenbahnanbindung .. Linie 1 .. direkt ins Zentrum ohne Umsteigen. Das Auto kann man für 6 €/Tag ganz in der Nähe parken. Sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Praktisch und gut angebunden
Die Wohnung 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, WC , Balkon ist ordentlich, angenehm, ruhig und sehr gut angebunden mit der Haltestelle der Bim 1 in die Innenstadt direkt vorm Haus. Der Vermieter Hr, Bernhardt ist sehr freundlich, verbindlich und entgegenkommend. Wir denken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
