Silvester an der Ostsee

Die Unterkunft ist abgelegener als gedacht. Man müsste nachmessen, ob die angegebenen Entfernungen so richtig sind. Viel schlimmer ist/ war der Zustand vom Bad (keine Bilder im Inserat). Nach unserer Ankunft zu Hause habe ich gleich eine Mängelanzeige geschrieben. Ich wurde gefragt, warum ich nicht gleich dort vor Ort etwas gesagt habe. Da hätte man schon Reparaturmaßnahmen ergreifen können. Während die Unterkunft besetzt ist, macht man doch keine Reparaturen!! Vielmehr ist es Aufgabe der Reinigungsfirma, die Verwaltung über den Schimmel, den defkten Lüfter und den verbrauchten Duschvorhang zu informieren. Zudem lässt die Reinigung insgesamt zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe dann eine Entschädigung erhalten. Das war ok.Fazit ist jedoch, dass ich bei dieser Verwaltung nicht mehr buche.
