Around it you will find a terrace and high-quality garden furniture where you can relax. There is also a hot tub for 6 people.



Grab your beach bag and head to the pebble beach of the Novigrad Sea. It is just a few 100 metres away. There are several small beaches to choose from. Spend many fun-filled hours in and around the water.

You can also take a trip to the beautiful city of Zadar. The harbour city has a lot to offer. Discover the impressive old town and take a break at the Sea Organ, where you can listen to the waves playing. Spend a sunset at the Greeting of the Sun, a unique monument with light effects that is particularly effective at this time of day. Experience an unforgettable time!
