Private: garden 300 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop 9 km, railway station "Luzy" 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km, fishing possibilities 1 km. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
