The holiday flat is on the lake side with a fascinating all-round mountain view and some lake view, on the ground floor of a multi-family villa with a large exclusive garden on the lake side. The house is located on Via Regina, the main road through the village - just a few metres from the piazza with the local church of Santo Stefano, the beautiful lakeside promenade, the beaches and the Lido di Lenno lido. The entrance to the house is at the side via a small alley.

The flat has a spacious, fenced garden with a view of the lake and plenty of space to relax in a deckchair. Here you will also find patio furniture for sociable meals and cosy get-togethers as well as plenty of space to play. As a special highlight, a jacuzzi invites you to relax with a refreshing cocktail or enjoy the view of the stars and lights with a glass of wine in the evening.

The lake is approx. 100 metres away, and there are individual beach sections on the promenade and the Lido di Lenno lido with fine cuisine, beach bar, events and taxi boat/boat hire.

You enter the holiday flat via the side entrance and are greeted by a bright inner hallway that leads you to the entrance of your lakeside holiday flat. As you enter the flat, you are greeted by an elegant hallway that leads to the two bedrooms and the open-plan, light-flooded kitchen/living room. Facing the lake is the spacious living room, which has a large terrace and garden - ideal for a cosy evening or a glass of wine.

The holiday flat can accommodate up to six guests. The double bedroom is equipped with an extra sofa bed, while the twin bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms face the lake and have direct access to the garden. There are two bathrooms in the holiday flat, one with a shower tray and the other with a large shower.

In the spacious living room you will find a cosy sofa bed and another double sofa bed, which is perfect for additional guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable cooking experience. From here you have a breathtaking view of the lake and can enjoy dinner with a marvellous sunset.
