Some surprises

The apartment was clean, bright and roomy. Bathrooms and bedrooms comfortable with plenty of storage space. However, there were a couple of surprises that were not pointed out in the listing. The apartment is accessed by a steep metal staircase and once inside the bathrooms and bedrooms were accessed by a spiral staircase downstairs. The Terrace (not balcony) was accessed by another narrow spiral staircase where at the top, you were required to push up a heavy rooflight to climb onto the terrace. The terrace was large and gave a good view of the surrounding area. The staircases would be very difficult for people with limited mobility. The second surprise was the extensive building / demolition work, immediately outside the lounge and bedroom windows, which was interesting but dusty and noisy from work starting at 07:30. I think both of these surprises should have been stated in the description. Nevertheless we had a good time in Warnemunde.

Jahresurlaub

So einen Urlaub möchte keiner verbringen...sehr schöne Wohnung, große Terrasse...man konnte aber keinen Urlaub machen. Zirka 20 Meter von Terrasse und Schlafzimmer wurde ein Haus abgerissen...jeder weiß wie laut und Staubig das ist und das von morgens 7 Uhr bis 16 Uhr. Die Wohnung hat ihren Preis für 9 Nächte und die Vermieterin uns mit weniger als 20 Prozent abspeisen will...es ist schade wir sehen uns vor Gericht wieder

Kurzurlaub in Warnemünde

Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert, es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung, Frau Möllenkamp war zwar sehr bemüht, dennoch konnte sie das neu installierte Smart Home System nicht bedienen. Wir konnten erst am Tag vor der Abreise die Temperatur halten, weil wir es alle 4 Stunden manuell geändert haben und das auch nachts. Leider hat uns das sehr beeinträchtigt da wir ein kleines Kind mit 1 Jahr dabei hatten und der Vater auch noch eine Erkältung bekam. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten sehr schön, die Küchenutensilien könnten mal wieder erneut werden und 1 scharfes Messer wäre auch von Vorteil.

Lage optimal an der Einkaufsstr., 5 Minuten zum Strand, ruhig, da im Hinterhof. Dachterrasse sehr schön aber nur über enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar und somit mit Baby nicht nutzbar. Für 4 Erwachsene optimal, da 2 Bäder

Ideale FeWo für Familie

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage, ist adäquat mit Wohlfühl-Touch eingerichtet und mit den zwei WC-/ Badezimmern für eine Familie gut geeignet. Man betritt die FeWo und fühlt sich wohl. So darf ein Urlaub beginnen. Nach der ersten Nacht waren alle ausgeruht und entspannt, was für die Qualität der Betten spricht.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt in der knappen Woche, die wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Klares plus sind die 3 Schlafzimmer, so hatte jeder von uns "alten Herren" sein eigenes Reich in der Nacht. Die FeWo kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, tolle Lage, alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (Einkauf, Restaurants, Strand, Bahnhof).

Schöne Familienwohnung für 6 Personen

Viel Platz für eine große Familie. Aber es sollte nicht unerwähnt bleiben, daß dieses Objekt nicht für Personen geeignet ist, die Beschwerden bei Treppen haben, denn davon gibt es einige in diesem Objekt. Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein Schlafzimmer (für Kinder) befinden sich im Obergeschoss, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und beide Bäder befinden sich im Untergeschoss (ca. 12 Stufen). Die Dachterrasse ist vom Obergeschoss über eine sehr steile, schmale Wendeltreppe, zu erreichen. Aber ansonsten ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin wirklich sehr nett, ermöglicht auch Sonderwünsche, ein unkomplizierter Empfang. Prima, vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Objekt über 2 Etagen + zusätzlicher Tachterasse (über Wendeltreppe). Gemüseladen und Bäckerei sind quasi direkt vor dem Objekt bzw. 50 Meter entfernt. Insgesamt ist die Parklatzsituation (in ganz Warnemünde) recht schwierig - zentrale (kostenpflichtige) Parkflächen sind aber in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Vor dem Ojekt gibt es auch (regelmäßig kontrollierte !!!) kostenpflichtige Kurzzeit Parkplätze mit Parkuhren - Gepäck kann also problemlos an- und abgeliefert werden.

Urlaub in Warnemünde

Unterkunft kann man weiterempfehlen. Lage in mitten in der Stadt und nur 5 min. bis zum Strand. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für die Lage, besser geht's kaum.

Super Wohnung, tolles Ambiente, traumhaft, ideal zum Entspannen und für mehrere Leute oder auch mit wenigeren. Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer kann man auch mal allein sein und die Ruhe genießen. Schönes Wohnzimmer. Gerne wieder!

Viel Platz und Ruhe in zentraler Lage

Wir haben eine Woche im Mai mit fünf Personen sehr genossen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Reich und es war sehr entspannt. Besonders die Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die Frage, wo man das Auto parken kann, bleibt in Warnemünde sehr schwierig.

Einfach schön

Die Unterkuft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts - weder im Wohn-, Schlaf- oder im Küchenbereich. Es war sauber und sehr ordentlich. Lediglich das WLan war nicht ideal ausgerichtet für alle Etagen, Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gute Lage, groß und gemütlich. Tolle Dachterasse, allerdings mit sehr steiler Treppe nach oben- für Kleinkinder schwierig. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
