Every person is welcome here! The 62m² apartment is furnished very high quality with chic design. The entire interior was purchased in 2022. It is only 1,2 km to the city center. It is only 22 km to the beach (Travemünde). Fast Wifi is also available.

You can start your day in summer with a delicious breakfast outside on the terrace. In the winter then gladly in the glazed balcony.

Of course we will provide you with fresh towels and bed linen. All essentials like shower gel, soap and shampoo are available in organic quality.

Parking:
There is parking directly on the street in front of the building. It is a public street. In the evening, you may not always find a parking space directly in front of the apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal:
In winter, the city center hosts the most famous Christmas market in the city.
The city center is beautiful and has many historic buildings.

It is a typical Lübeck neighborhood. There are almost only residents there, no noisy businesses. It may well be that you can hear the neighbors outside sometimes. But in the apartment it is very quiet!

The city is beautiful, generally very historic with many buildings that are over 800 years old, in the center you can walk to the famous Holstentor. During Christmas time there is a wonderful and famous Christmas market.

- The next organic supermarket is within walking distance only 500m!

In the popular city it is ideal to walk. For a trip to the green you can rent a bike. Around the city there is a lot of nature.
But there is also the possibility of renting scooters, cars, etc..
There are also buses and trains that will take you to the beach. We have several beaches nearby: Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand, Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, etc.

Additional services:
- Early check-in and late check-out can be booked for an extra charge and subject to availability.
- We also offer a cleaning service during your stay for an extra charge.
- Baby dishes free of charge
- Plug-in child safety lock free of charge
- Baby bath for an extra charge
- High chair for feeding babies for an extra charge
- For stays longer than 7 days we have to arrange additional cleaning. We think sustainable and want to maintain the condition of the apartment. There may be an additional cleaning fee.
- In case of a longer stay (weeks or months) additional towels and bed linen are available. Everything can be arranged with us :)

Due to the registration law, a registration form must be filled out before check-in and a copy of the ID must be sent.
1) Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr. Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr. Früheres Check-in oder späterer Check-out gegen Gebühr, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Werden die Reinigungsarbeiten durch die Gäste verzögert, haften die Gäste für daraus entstehenden Kosten.

2) Bitte setze dich mit uns in Verbindung, wenn du in deinem eigenen Wohnort reservieren möchtest. Damit vermeiden wir Parties.

3) Rauchen, Feiern und übermäßige Lautstärke nicht gestattet, auch nicht in Gemeinschaftsräumen (z.B. Fluren). Verstöße gegen das Rauchverbot werden mit einer Gebühr von 300 EUR zuzüglich der Kosten für Sonderreinigung und Schadensbehebung belegt. Offene Feuer wie Shisha, Grill oder Sonstiges sind verboten. Es gilt Zimmerlautstärke

4) Die Gäste haften für jegliche Schäden oder Verluste an den Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtungen. Ebenso Schlüssel, Schlüsselkarten, Fernbedienungen oder Parkausweise. Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, jeden Schaden sofort zu melden.

5) Kommerzielles Fotografieren/Videografieren ohne schriftliche Genehmigung und illegale Aktivitäten untersagt.

6) Überschreiten der Anzahl der angegebenen Gäste in der Reservierung nicht erlaubt. Wir berechnen 50 EUR pro Nacht der Reservierung für jeden nicht genehmigten Gast.

7) Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Bei Verstößen gegen unsere Tierpolitik kann eine separate Reinigungsgebühr anfallen. Gäste mit Begleittieren bitte vor dem Aufenthalt mit uns in Verbindung setzen.

8) Es können Systeme zur Messung des Lärmpegels in der Unterkunft installiert sein, um exzessive Lautstärken zu überwachen. In öffentlichen Bereichen kann Videoüberwachung installiert sein.

9) Energieverbrauch: Auf Grund der Energiekrise bitte sorgsam mit dem Energieverbrauch umgehen. Bitte sorge für ausreichende Lüftung in den kalten Monaten durch Stoßlüften (Komplettes öffnen der Fenster für ca. 5 Minuten). Mitgebrachte elektronische Geräte dürfen nicht dauerhaft betrieben werden. Energie (Strom, Gas, Heizung) darf nur zu normalen Wohnzwecken genutzt werden (Maßstab ist Durchschnittsverbrauch einer Person/Unterkunft).

10) Wir stellen bei Bedarf ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nicht komplett kindersicher ausgestattet. Eltern haften für ihre Kinder. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung.

11) Mit der Reservierung verpflichten sich alle Gäste, die Hausordnung einzuhalten. Gäste, die sich nicht an die Hausordnung halten, haften für alle daraus entstehenden Schäden, Gebühren, Kosten und Auslagen. Die Nichteinhaltung kann zur sofortigen Stornierung der Reservierung und zur Räumung der Unterkunft ohne Rückerstattung führen. Wir arbeiten mit einer Sicherheitsfirma zusammen, die das Hausrecht bei Nichteinhaltung der Hausregeln durchsetzt. Das Personal dieser Firma trägt bei den Einsätzen eine Body-Cam (Kameraaufnahme + Tonaufnahme). Die Kosten für den Einsatz trägt der Hauptgast.

12) Zwischenreinigung, Bettwäschewechsel während des Aufenthalts gegen Aufpreis.
