A beautiful apartment fully renovated and equipped with every comfort just 50 meters from the famous beach of Riva Bianca one of the most beautiful of the entire lake surrounded by green mountains offers convenient proximity to the lake and excellent restaurants also in the neighborhood you can do many activities including boat rental electric bikes and even hiking in the mountains
Guests will have access to a beautiful fully renovated apartment equipped with lake view balconies and private parking on site
Given the morphological position between lake and mountain there may be some noise given by the neighborhood also near the structure ( 100mt) about passes the railway line not very busy and not working at night but still to be taken into account if particularly flexible
