Great area
Generally we enjoyed our stay. But, there were some irritable situations with the property, which need to be addressed, and dealt with.
Damp, smelly bed linen on our bed. We needed to strip the bed, rewash the bed linen, and replace on the bed.
Nespresso Coffee machine in kitchen does not work.
Toaster does not set with bread in it, had to be physically held down to toast bread.
Plenty of DVD's to play, BUT, DVD player does not work.
Went to use the BBQ, but on uncovering the BBQ, it was filthy, didn't look as thought it had been cleaned for months, it was disgusting.
Awful drain smells from one of the bathrooms. Which is a known issue, by the owners and Local representative, Sebastian. This needs attention, we needed to keep the bathroom closed for 2-3 days.
Much of the bedroom wardrobes are in a state of dis-repair, bits hanging from shelves, and doors that did not open or close correctly.
Many room lights did not work, I had to try and replace some lamps, some to no effect.
With all the above to be considered, we feel some compensation refund for our stay would be welcome?
