Sehr empfehlenswert

Super Unterkunft für eine Woche. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Anlage ist Top. Ca. 400m zum Strand, 5 min. Fußweg zum Bäcker bzw. in die Fußgängerzone.

Klein aber fein

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe der Himmelsleiter. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Für uns zwei umfangreiche Personen war der Platz für ein paar Tage ausreichend, mehr als 1 Woche kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Dusche hat einen verstellbaren Duschkopf (2 Strahlarten) und ordentlich "Bums". Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und getrennten, guten Matratzen. Genügend Stauraum und Kleiderbügel im Kleiderschrank. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und Fragen wurden sehr schnell geklärt. An unserem letzten Abend checkten in den anderen Wohnungen neue Mieter ein, die in der Wohnung über uns räumten wohl mitten in der Nacht die Koffer aus, die Schritte, Schranktürgeklapper und Gespräche waren deutlich zu hören, so dass wir um Ruhe bitten mussten. Wenn der Wind ungünstig steht, sind auch Verladegeräusche des Autozugs leise zu hören, das störte keineswegs. Man wohnt eben in der Stadt.

Die ideale Lage (200 m zum Strand) der kleinen, ruhigen Wohnung mit Gärtchen lädt zu jeder Stunde zu einer Strandaktivität ein :-)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Wohnung Nr.2 ist zwar sehr klein, reicht für 2 Personen aus. Die Matratzen sind der Hammer, zweitbeste Matratze seid wir verreisen - und wir sind viel in fremden Betten unterwegs. Küche funktionell. Alles Geschirr da, welches gebraucht werden könnte, falls man kochen möchte. Knuffige kleine Terrasse.450 Meter fußläufig bis zum Strand. 10 Meter zum Briefkasten, etwas weiter zur Bäckerei, auch ein Fahrradverleih in der Nähe.

Die Lage ist optimal: Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Größe der Wohnung reicht aber maximal für 2 Erwachsene.

Optimale Lage

Das Objekt ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist von guter Qualität und alles funktioniert. Die Lage fanden wir super. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder auch mit Fahrrad erreichbar.

Wohnung wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, strandnah und citynah. Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Haben uns wohl. Die kleine Terrasse hinter Sylt-Rosen hat uns gefallen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist klein ( mehr als 2 Personen gehen nicht) und einfach, aber weitestgehend mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad ausreichend groß. Die Küche könnte für Selbstversorger noch ein paar Küchenhelfer mehr gebrauchen. Die kleine Terrasse vor dem Küchen- Wohnbereich ist wunderbar und lässt die Raumgröße vergessen. Die Lage ist top und sowohl der Strand, als auch die Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und trotzdem ist es ruhig zum Ausruhen und Schlafen. Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wunderschöne Insel

Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal. Für eine Familie leider zu klein. Der Fairness halber muss ich sagen, dass mich die Vermieterin im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen hat. Ich die Wohnung aber trotzdem für drei Personen gebucht habe. Die Lage ist super!

Jederzeit wieder !

Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir wieder hoch zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Das Appartement ist funktionell eingerichtet, bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und liegt total zentral. Die Abwicklung läuft reibungslos und wenn alles klappt, sind wir auch im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder Gast im Hause.
