Peacefully located, newly built top floor maisonette with a balcony is located in the famous villa district of Westend, centrally in the western part of Berlin. It is located on the fourth floor of a rental house from 1926, overgrown with ivy and vine. An elevator is present. The apartment is equipped with a mixture of antiques and design furniture. Near the apartment you will find the Reichsstraße with multiple grocery stores from Aldi to bio-supermarkets, breakfast cafes and countless restaurants with international cuisine. The radio tower with the trade fair area and the ICC can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. You need 20 minutes on foot to the Olympic stadium and the Grunewald with Teufelsee and Havel. By subway, you can get to the zoo train station and the KaDeWe in 10 minutes.The Theodor-Heuß-Platz with a subway station and bus stops is 2 minutes away, the tramline Trade fair/ICC 10 minutes away. Free parking spaces in front of the house. Taxi from the airport Tegel about € 14.

Alles toll! Begrüßung, Wohnung, Lage, Versorgung

Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Nach der freundlichen Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin wurde uns alles gezeigt. Es fehlt an nichts in dieser Wohnung. Es beginnt bei Bettwäsche und Handtücher geht über Klopapier und Haarspray sowie Föhn und Seife und hört bei Zewa, Salz, Pfeffer, Eierkocher, 2 Kaffeemaschinen sowie Essig und Öl auf. Wahnsinn!! Fußläufig in 7 Minuten ist der Theodor - Heuss Platz erreichbar wo die U2 einen überall hin bringt. Rewe, Edeka und auch ein Bio laden sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen und wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind, dann machen wir das auch. Tipp: Hähnchen beim Dönerstand Nähe der Ubahn Haltestelle ist sehr sehr lecker, genauso wie das Café auf der Strassenseite gegenüber 😉

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!!! Es war alles da, was man gebrauchen kann, wir konnten uns einfach nur erholen. Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben, es war auch alles ganz einfach. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und auch unkompliziert. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her!!!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wirklich schöne Wohnung im Berliner Westend. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin, bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Lage und Umgebung ist erstklassig, sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Wir waren mit unserer 3-jährigen Tochter da, sie war ebenfalls begeistert. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Rundum schön

Wir würden von der Vermieterin freundlich empfangen, hatten schon im Vorfeld viele Informationen wie Wegbrschreibungen erhalten und fanden eine liebevoll eingerichtete, blitzsaubere, perfekt eingerichtete große Wohnung vor. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, gepflegter Ungebung

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem angenehmen Wohnviertel, ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet und wunderbar hell. Unsere 5-Jährige hatte einen Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein kleines Bänkchen vor dem Waschbecken, damit Kinder an den Wasserhahn reichen :-)

Super Aufenthalt im Berliner Westend (Charlottenburg)

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, geräumig und liegt verkehrsgünstig - es sind nur wenige 100 Meter bis zu nächten S-Bahn-Station. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichet - es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Wir werden gerne wieder dort unterkommen. Danke!

Sehr schöne, helle, saubere Wohnung mit gutem Anschluss an die U-Bahn. Alles war da was man brauchte, sogar Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze etc., den Rest findet man in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr netter Kontakt! Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht! Innerhalb von ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc. und auch die U-Bahn (U2, "Theodor Heuss Platz"). Von dort ca. 6 Min. bis zur Haltestelle "Zoologischer Garten".
