QUIET FAMILY COMPLEX.
This complex could be a Resort there are so many amenties available for your use. Please checik the pictures that shows all the amenties available for your stay. easily sleeps 8 with several sleeping options. Located at the 12mm This three bedroom top floor condo has a fantastic view of the Lake and overlooks a waterfront swimming pool. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms, Master bedroom has a king bed and a wall of windows to appreciate the lights around the lake at night and the sunsets. There is a day bed in Master bedroom which is great for a little privacy and a great place to read a book and watch the lake traffic. Second bedroom is an ensuite an has a queen bed. THE third bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. The private deck on the parking lot side gives you a great morning coffee area and grilling.. The screen enclosed deck on water front side has a small table and 6 chairs. The dining area has a table and seats 8. . This complex and unit is very family friendly. Easily sleeps 8 people with multiple sleeping options. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes flatware, pots and pans, glasses, etc There is only one flight of stairs from the parking lot to the unit.
Condo amenities: Flat screen TV; second TV in the Master bedroom; WiFI; dvd player, washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, gas BBq, hair dryers, bed linens and towels (please bring your own swimming & beach towels. hand, shower, and dishwasher soaps are furnished. electric logs in the fireplace. Boat slip is available at extra charge. The area has a convenience store that has groceries, gas pumps, laundry and restaurants close by. Sergio's Mexican and TAVERN at the Bittersweet square. Does dine in and carry out. Long time owner and has 2 locations. Located at the 12 mm.
COMPLEX AMENITIES: Lots of trees and open space, 2 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a small childrens playground, 2 shelters with fire pits and tables for picnicking, two swimming pools, swimming dock, club house, security on busy weekends, hiking/biking trail right across from the complex entrance, 2 grocery/convenience stores. hardware store, restaurant and 2 gas stations within a few blocks of the entrance. : Beautiful condo complex. NOT available for monthly rental.

What makes this property unique
Playground for children, gazebo for large family reunions with charcoal grill, tables and chairs. Swim platform in the lake next to the docks. Lots of green area for the children to play and it also has a great view of the Lake.
