Für Liebhaber von uriger Gemütlichkeit ist die Blockhütte genau das richtige Objekt. Abgelegen im Wald hört man nur den 30m entfernten Bach. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts, nur die Kissen sind etwas hart. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Im Sommer muss man für Unternehmungen längere Wege in Kauf nehmen. Aber im Skiurlaub wohnt man hier sehr sehr zentral. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir konnten ein erholsames verlängertes Wochenende genießen, mit Sauna, Badefass, morgentliches Gebäckservice... es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst! Top Sauberkeit! Top Erholungsfaktor! Preis/Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung und buchungstechnisch gab es absolut keine Probleme. Die Kommunikation vor Ort bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe ist ebenfalls ideal gelöst! ...wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht ;) Danke an Familie Hickey und Frau Prettner!!!

Kann ich nur empfehlen....! Wir haben die Zeit im Badefaß und in der Sauna sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und es hatte an nichts gefehlt. Küche war vollständig und sehr gepflegt. Das Brennholz für das Badefaß und für den Kachelofen war inklusive. Die Lage ist Top! Kein Straßenlärm, natur pur. Vielen Dank

Einfach empfehlenswert!

Komfortabel und gemütlich bei jedem Wetter, toll!
Wir hatten das Privileg, erst die dritten Mieter dieses nagelneuen Hauses zu sein und hatten beinahe das Erstbezugs-Gefühl (inklusive Harz an den Fingern), wunderbar! Sleepy Bear ist äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet, und es wurde auf sehr viele nette Kleinigkeiten, die das Leben leichter machen, geachtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (ein Messerschärfer wäre noch schön ;-) ), Geschirr, Töpfe etc. in guter Quali- und Quantität vorhanden. Bei nicht so tollem Wetter, wie wir es leider hatten, waren Sauna und Badefass natürlich die Highlights. Die Möblierung und Ausstattung ist bis hin zu den Lampen und der Balkonmöblierung ansprechend, wohnlich und bequem. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher sind vor Ort, im Hauswirtschaftsraum (!) gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bei der Fußbodenheizung gibt es noch Einstellungsbedarf, was das obere Bad angeht, aber das sind Kinderkrankheiten. Brennholz für Badefass und Kaminofen gibt's direkt am Haus und ist inklusive. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett und bemüht. Vorab-Anfragen bei der Vermieterin wurden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Bei uns gab es v. a. in den Abendstunden Probleme mit dem W-LAN, die offenbar lagebedingt sind, aber es gibt im Ort Turracher Höhe selbst genügend Lokalitäten mit frei nutzbarem Netz (K-Alm z. B.), Fußweg durch den Wald ca. 20 Min., 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und wir haben dort sehr gut geschlafen! Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen!
