We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner. There were only 2 of us and the space was ample, would be okay for 4 but would be a tight squeeze for 6 We stayed for 12 nights and found Niedernsill ideally placed for all that the area has to offer. Make sure you fill out the Guest card and make use of free local travel and discounts off many attractions. Having said that, instructions at the property on how to fill it out and which parts to take where etc would have been helpful rather than keep messaging Matthias the landlord, who might I add was more than helpful and responsive when required. So to sum up, we’ll equipped apartment, great area, country and property… many thanks Matthias

Weihnachten in Niedersill
Wir waren mit unserem Großvater und unseren erwachsenen Kindern in der Wohnung Kamin. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, alles gut organisiert. Highlight für uns: ein geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand in der Küche, gut sichtbar aus der gemütlichen Essecke! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder....

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser bezaubernden Ferienwohnung im Herzen der österreichischen Berge! Die Wohnung liegt in einem idyllischen kleinen Dorf und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Salzach und die umliegenden Berge. Die Nähe zu einem wunderschönen Badesee war ein großes Plus – perfekt für entspannte Nachmittage im Wasser. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Umgebung und die frische Bergluft. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Natur, und das Dorf hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in der Kaminwohnung, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräuming, die 2. Toilette ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Umgebung ist toll, man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche, die Schlüsselübergabe mit Herrn Warnke war problemlos. Vielen Dank für alles. Gelungener Sommerurlaub
Wir fanden eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vor. Alles war sehr sauber und ausreichend bestückt. Die große Terasse und die Balkone luden zum verweilen ein. Bäckerei und Supermarkt waren fußläufig erreichbar. Der Badesee ist eine Wucht und an Sauberkeit und Pflege nicht zu überbieten. Wanderungen sind direkt vom Hause aus möglich und als Startpunkt für Motorradreisende zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und bedanken uns für die tolle Unterstützung von Herrn Warnke.

Immer wieder gerne ….
Wir sind jetzt schon im dritten Jahr in Folge hier und sind immer noch begeistert. Von der Wohnung dem Ort etc. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Dieses Jahr konnten wir das örtliche Schützenfest besuchen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der großen Kamin Ferienwohnung verbracht. Dort ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht und von Niedernsill aus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
