Der Aufenthalt an sich war gut. Leider fanden Umbauarbeiten in einem Nebengebäude statt, bei denen es am frühen Morgen schon recht laut wurde. Der normale Telefonempfang ist dort so schlecht, dass das Telefon nur für Notrufe zur Verfügung stand. Beim gebuchten Wäschepaket fehlten 3 Handtücher. Nach Anfrage bei der Vermietung, wurde wohl die Reinigungsfirma informiert, diese nachzureichen, was aber passierte. Ärgerlich, da es schließlich bezahlt war. Ebenso hat man vergessen, meine Kinder für die Kurkarten anzumelden. Diese kamen digital von Sellin. Dort nachgefragt hieß es, die müssen über die Vermietung gemeldet werden. Alles kein reisen Problem, aber absolut nervig. Wir sind seit 2012 jedes Jahr 2-3 Mal auf Rügen, das wirkte hier vermieterseitig total unorganisiert. Über FeWo gebucht und Vermietung sitzt in Wuppertal. Bei Anfragen verwies einer auf den anderen. Ansonsten, Rügen war wie immer schön.
