We like to rent our apartment to nice guests who want to experience the city of Vienna or maybe work here at short time. Also for congress participants in the VIC - Vienna International Center the apartment is very easy to reach.
PARKING WITHOUT PARKING FEE IS POSSIBLE IN THIS DISTRICT IN ALL STREETS AROUND THE HOUSE !!!

Cozy, 75 m2 apartment, sunny and bright, in a very quiet, private residential building.
Ideal for 2 to 6 people. 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
The apartment is a nice 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms and a cozy living room.
One bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed,
second bedroom with 2 large single beds (also available)
and the living room with a single bed.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential building. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom with bath / shower.
Bathroom and toilet are separated.
From the large bedroom you have a view into a totally quiet, green courtyard.
Internet access, wireless LAN, is available for free.
Of course there is a lift in the house.

Supermarket, bakery, restaurants or coffee houses can be found in the immediate vicinity.

SPECIAL PLUS: If you come to Vienna by car: In this district you can park your car in all streets around the house for free.
The connection to the city center and to all tourist attractions of the city is excellent.
A tram line 26 stop is right in front of the house,
The underground line U6 and U1 or the suburban train will take you directly to the city center.

A perfect recreational area is nearby.
My apartment is located in a nice district with many green areas, near the Danube and near the popular recreational and recreational area "Danube Island".

Short stay in Vienna

Fitted description, very pleasant

We had a great stay, the apartment was well equipped with furniture, the kitchen was functional, everything clean and working. The place was cozy and we felt fast at home. Different public transportation options right near the entrance, grocery stores were close as well. We would rent it again!

Wonderful Floridsdorf apartment

This is our go-to place to stay when visiting family around the corner. We've stayed here 3-4 times with various family members. Next to public transportation, 20-40 minutes on bus/train to Vienna depending on destination. Lots of room, bright natural light, small but workable kitchen. We highly recommend Josef's apartment.

Convenient to Straßenbahn and Train Station

Updated, well kept, 2 bedroom apartment with living room and eat-in kitchen on 4th floor of a 60's era apartment building with an elevator. Four blocks walk to closest food store. Three streetcar stops to the Floridsdorf train station where you can take a regular train, Schnellbahn, U-Bahn or Straßenbahn into downtown Vienna. The owner speaks English and is easy to work with. We stayed for a full month.

Great apartment that has enough space to feel like home.

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. We had a family reunion in Floridsdorf and although only two of us stayed in this apartment, it was regularly used as an evening gathering space for 6-9 people, plus a few small children. There was space and plenty of equipment to cook (we cooked for 9 people for one meal!), a living room to relax in, two bedrooms, of which we used only one, seating/table in the kitchen that was used for meal preparation, breakfast or as a desk. Although there is no dishwasher, the kitchen is compact and efficient so doing dishes wasn't an issue. Lots of hot water and towels. Quiet street and the main bedroom is in the back so what street noise might have been was not heard. There is an elevator, but is small. A baby stroller fits with the handle turned down. A double stroller (yes, we had twin babies visiting!) does not. Public tram transportation is a 1-minute walk away. Trains and UBahn a five minute ride on the tram. Grocery is a 5-10 minute walk. We look forward to visiting our daughter again and staying in Josef's apartment when we do so. Highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Strassenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.In die Innenstadt mit der Bahn geht sehr gut und das keine 5 Gehminuten entfernte Parkhaus fürs Auto ist auch perfekt. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Tolle Wohnung für einen Wien-Kurzurlaub

Wir haben diese Wohnung gebucht um einen Kurzurlaub in Wien zu verbringen. Direkt bei der Wohnung gibt es eine Tram-Haltestelle und es sind nur 3 Stationen bis zur U-Bahn und man ist innerhalb von 30min im Stadtkern. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock (Lift vorhanden) eines alten Wohnhauses. Es ist genügend Platz für alle vorhanden. Im Sommer kann es sehr warm werden. Hier hat der Vermieter freundlicherweise Ventilatoren für die Wohnung spendiert. Generell war der Vermieter äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend und benantwortete alle unsere Fragen gerne und ausführlich. Die Anreise erfolgte problemlos. Zum Ausladen haben wir eine Parkticket bekommen und hatten somit genügend Zeit. Da ganz Wien eine Kurzparkzone von Mo-Fr ist, muss das Auto in einem Parkhaus abgestellt werden. Dies befindet sich z.B. im Shopping Center Nord, ca. 800m entfernt und kostet nur 25 EUR für eine Woche. Die Buchung mit der App und die Ein- / Ausfahrt klappte problemlos. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche die wir sehr genossen haben.

Ideaal appartement voor verblijf in Wenen

Prettig en ruim appartement voor een bezoek aan Wenen. Wij zijn er 5 nachten verbleven met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners. Josef Bernhardt heeft ons zeer prettig en gastvrij ontvangen. De tram stopt om de hoek , dus je bent snel in het centrum van Wenen. Het appartement biedt voldoende ruimte

Unterkunft ist sehr einfach und liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Kreuzung.

Die Lage war nicht entspannend, da das Haus, also die Unterkunft an einer sehr befahren Kreuzung liegt. Die Dusche war kaum zu nutzen, da der Wasserstrahl sehr spärlich war. Das Mobiliar ist sehr abgewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Herr Bernhardt ist sehr freundlich. Wer es sehr einfach mag und gerne etwas länger mit öffentlichen Verkehrsfahrzeugen unterwegs ist, dem mag es gefallen.

Hat für unsere Familie sehr gut gepasst

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 (4 und 14 Jahre alt) Kindern aus Berlin da. Die Räumlichkeiten haben gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen gepasst. Auch wenn die Ausstattung nicht die neueste ist, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts wirklich gefehlt. Herr Bernhardt hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen, uns im Vorhinnein mit den nötigen Infos versorgt und machte den Eindruck auch sonst für etwaige Fragen ein offenes Ohr zu haben. Die Ecke auf der die FeWo liegt hat nicht unbedingt einen touristischen Wert, aber man kommt sehr gut überall hin und es gibt allerlei Läden in nächster Umgebung, sogar ein ganzes Einkaufszentrum am Ende der Straße. Im Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten kann es, wenn man mit geöffnetem Fenster schläft, nachts auch mal lauter werden (anfahrende Autos, der Bus hält direkt unter dem Fenster). Wenn man da etwas empfindlicher ist, helfen Ohropax. Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und Wien natürlich eh - ein bisschen wie Berlin, aber irgendwie gemütlicher, sauberer und schöner!

Reise nach Wien

Meine Frau und ich haben uns in der Wohnung gut und angenehm gefühlt. Ruhige Lage. Sehr gut mit den ÖV erreichbar. Mit dem sehr netten Vermieter konnten wir gut kommunizieren und zusammen arbeiten. Alles hat nach Plan und Absprache geklappt. Bei der nächsten Reise nach Wien kämme die Wohnung sicher in Betracht. Sie ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Woche Sightseeing

Rundum perfekte Unterkunft für eine Woche Sightseeing mit den Kindern. Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Anbindung zur Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür und man ist innerhalb von kürzester Zeit in der Innenstadt. Haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sommerhitze

Wir hatten eine sonnige und heiße Woche in Wien. Dank der Lage der Wohnung war man in 25 min an der Neuen Donau und konnte dort wunderbar baden in klaren Wasser. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Einen großen Dank an unseren Vermieter der ein unkompliziertes abstellen unseres Fahrzeuges ermöglicht hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig, Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer keine unmittelbare Nähe zum Zentrum braucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wunderbarer Wienaufenthalt

Wir wurden freundlich von Herrn Bernhardt empfangen und kurz in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ideal. Die beiden Schlafzimmer konnten wir jeweils einzeln belegen. So hatte jeder seine eigene Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der Tram 26 und der U 1 ist man in einer guten halben Stunde in der Innenstadt.

Alles Top, Vermieter Top, obwohl ganz nah am Bus und Tram super ruhig. Nur Parken ist in Wien schwierig das habe ich gewusst und mich angepasst.

Sehr saubere Wohnung

Sehr saubere Wohnung in der Nähe zum ÖPNV. Wir sind völlig zufrieden mit der Wohnung und unserem Aufenthalt. Wir hatten nur Problem mit Parking unseres Autos, aber das guilt überall in Wien ab März 2022. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung mit der Wohnung und dem Gastgeber. Herr Bernhardt ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, vielen Dank ….
