Die Wohnung "Villa Kranich" ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterung war sehr freundlich und sehr zeitnah. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Binz, so dass man so gut wie alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

So schön!

Es war ganz toll. Sehr unkomplizierter, freundlicher Schriftverkehr im Voraus durch den Vermieter. Alle nötigen Infos erhalten. Schlüsselübergabe, weitere Infos und eine kleine Flasche Wein gab es zur Begrüßung. Ein Stellplatz zum Ausladen befindet sich direkt am Haus und eine Parkkarte für das Parkhaus gegenüber ist inkludiert. Das war super, denn kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es dort kaum und das wäre wirklich ins Geld gegangen. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Ebenso befinden sich Bushaltestellen direkt vorm Haus. Sehr praktisch, denn mit dem Zahlen der Kurtaxe bekommt man die Binzer Bucht Card, mit der man viele Linien umsonst nutzen kann. Ebenso kann man mit ihr die sehr sauberen, öffentlichen Toiletten umsonst benutzen. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauses finden sich Restaurants, ein Bäcker und Supermärkte. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet (wirkt noch relativ frisch renoviert). Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck... Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank... Geschirrtabs, Spülmittel, Seife... Besonders nett fanden wir auch die Spiele und Bücher, die in einem Schrank aufbewahrt sind. Was ich ebenfalls sehr toll und bemerkenswert finde, ist, dass es für die Kinder Sandspielzeug, Strandspiele und ein Schwimmbrett (?) zum Ausleihen gibt. Promenade und Strand sind ganz in der Nähe und sehr schön. Alles so sauber dort. Es war toll! Von uns volle Empfehlung für Binz und diese Ferienwohnung. Danke!

Die Wohnung ist ausreichen groß für einen Urlaub mit 4 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Strand, die Strandpromenade und die Ortsmitte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage, sowohl zur Innenstadt, Strand und Ausflüge. Aber an der Hauptstraße und Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Kaum zu hören bei geschlossenen Fenstern, aber die Schlafräume sind zur Straße. Ausstattung ist sehr gut!

Top Lage

Das App ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, wenn man sie nutzt. Die Lage ist top, 200 m zur Innenstadt und super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, vieles in der Nähe. Aber an der Hauptstraße und es ist eine Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Hat uns nicht gestört. Der Fussboden hätte etwas sauberer sein können.
