The only thing shared with only one other apartment of the same number of guests is the swimming pool.

3000m2 garden with a large lawn, flowers and fruit trees: pear and fig trees.There are 2 areas equipped for eating out, one for each apartment.The swimming pool is 9x4, 1.20 meters deep with umbrellas and deck chairs, it is shared by the 2 apartments of the same size.
Our resort has a restaurant - THE VIEW - 1 km from the house. You can enjoy excellent dinners with local products and Tuscan specialities.
