Perfektes Haus für größere Gruppe

Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und konnten uns sehr gut auf die Zimmer aufteilen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem ruhigeren Ort, aber innerhalb von 10-15 min erreicht man verschiedene größere Orte (Funtana/Poreč). Außerdem ist man in 10 min am Strand.

Traumhaus nahe Poreč

Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als in der Beschreibung! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Erwachsenen und haben beide Häuser gemietet. Es war perfekt, dass jedes Paar ein eigenes Bad hatte und die 2 Pools und Terrassen haben jedem die Möglichkeit gegeben, sich zwischendurch etwas zurückzuziehen. Die Kombination aus freistehender Villa ohne Nachbarn und der Nähe zu Poreč war perfekt und die Kommunikation immer schnell und sehr hilfreich! Wir haben auch viele Tips für Restaurants etc bekommen - alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Vollauf zufrieden

Wir waren 9 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und ein Baby und die Unterkunft hat all unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Die Ausstattung war super, die Kinder hatten Platz und wir konnten durch die räumliche Trennung der beiden Haushälften gute Ruhe- und Spiel-Zonen einrichten. In den Küchen war alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht hat, sowohl in den Räumen als auch auf der Terasse war richtig schön viel Platz für alle Aktivitäten. Der Aufenthalt hat sehr viel Spass gemacht und wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein konnten.

Wonderful holiday

We enjoyed our stay at the villas very much! The villas were spacious and well appointed. The kids loved the two pools. Location is perfect for a quick ride to the beaches and old town Poreč. Good restaurants nearby as well. Perfect place for two or three families vacationing together.

Sehr schönes Doppelhaus

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und hatten beide Doppelhaushälften. Es war super viel Platz, sowohl im als auch außerhalb des Hauses. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Alles großartig!

Wir haben beide Häuser gemietet und der Aufenthalt war ein Traum! Die Häuser besitzen alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht! Alle Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Außenanlage mit den Pools und der großen Terrasse war unser persönliches Highlight! Nach Porec und ans Meer braucht man mit dem Auto nur etwa 15 Minuten. Auch die Vermieter standen uns jederzeit zur Seite und ermöglichten uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! Sehr gerne wieder 😊

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr groß und funktionell. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus, die Pools, die Olivenbäume und Feigen genossen. Die nahen Strände sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Wir danken auch Roxana, die Früh morgens kam, um uns die Schlüssel zu übergeben und auch sonst immer erreichbar war. Außerdem konnten wir auch den Grill nutzen, der sehr schön angelegt ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut erholt!

Perfekte Oase in Istrien für große Gruppen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Sie ist perfekt für 12 Erwachsene - jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes separates Badezimmer. Die Terrassen und Balkone bieten auch ausreichend Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die beiden Pools sind groß und sehr sauber - so wie auch das gesamte Haus und die Anlage. Die Villa an sich liegt sehr ruhig - man ist allerdings in 10min mit dem Auto z.B. in Porec. Auch die gute Seele des Hauses Rozana kümmerte sich perfekt um sämtliche Anliegen von uns. Ein rund um perfekter Urlaub!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr großzügig aufgeteilt, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und auch sonst ist alles vorhanden. Der große Garten ist mit einem tollen Grillplatz ausgestattet und vor allem die ruhige Lage war für uns alle sehr entspannend. Auch die Hausbetreuerin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und telefonisch immer zu erreichen. Es ist eigentlich an alles gedacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen!

Immer wieder!!!!! Super Urlaub für die Familie

Wir hatten beide Haushälften gemietet mit 4 Familien. Es war einfach genial. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig in einem kleinen Ort ohne direkte Nachbarn. Sehr großer Garten mit wunderschönem Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Die Häuser sind sehr großzügig und luxuriös eingerichtet. Vom Holzgitterbett und Holzhochstuhl für die Kleinen bis zur Nespresso Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln selbst bringen) ist an alles gedacht! Einfach super! Die Dame des Hauses ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen... Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge: Porec, Rovinji etc. Keine Sandstrände, Badeschuhe mitnehmen oder vor Ort kaufen. Supermärkte sind in Funtana und Porec vorhanden.
