The property is advertised as Fuseta. This is not in Fuseta but the next small hamlet about 3 kms by car away with no shops or restaurants. The property was at least clean but several things needed repair such as a bedroom light that was hanging by wires from the ceiling to name just one. There was no hot water at all , cold showers for a week was fun . No plugs for sinks or basins. We pointed out this problem shortly after arriving and promised that it would be fixed within 24 hours which we hoped it would be . It wasn’t and the owners stopped answering any communication from that point . Needless to say we will not be returning . AVOID

Absoluut geen winterverblijf!

Omdat FeWo-direkt nog geen reviews had en de foto's er aantrekkelijk uitzagen verkeerden we in de mening dat het vrij nieuw zou zijn. Helaas is het ons zeer slecht bevallen. Het is duidelijk een verouderd en op verschillende punten verwaarloosd appartement. Ook de host bleef in gebreke. Na enige communicatie beloofde ze zo snel mogelijk te komen. We hebben haar niet gezien. De airco (heater) bevindt zich in de slaapkamer. De woonkamer heeft geen enkele verwarming en vangt ook geen straaltje zonlicht. Schimmel op diverse plaatsen, ontbrekende gloeilamp, geen schoonmaakmiddel, toilet dat door blijft lopen, slechtzittende bank, pannen die niet echt geschikt zijn voor inductie etc. Om het raam in de slaapkamer open te doen moet je een stoel op het bed zetten om er bij te kunnen. Geen enkele gebruiksaanwijzing van de apparatuur. Geen enkele informatie over de omgeving. We hebben zelf een kacheltje aangeschaft om de woonkamer te kunnen verwarmen. Omdat de ligging van het appartement ons zeer goed beviel zijn we gebleven: Dichtbij de lagunes, dichtbij de N125, zodat je snel naar andere plaatsen kunt. We hebben regelmatig bij FeWo-direckt geboekt, maar of dat nog een keer gebeurd is de vraag.
