Floating House - Houseboat in the marina of Kröslin Baltic Sea
Our Floating House "Wollin" for up to 6 people is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The house is currently located in the marina of Kröslin. It is a houseboat that can not be moved. There you have a great view of the many boats and the impressive Bodden landscape! There are pleated blinds on all windows, in the sleeping areas also blackout pleated blinds. 2 SUPs are also part of the equipment.
On the harbor area are three restaurants, a fashion boutique, a yacht store, a mini market and a license-free sport boat rental. There are also washing machines and dryers available for a small fee. A special feature is definitely the spa and sauna area at Marina Kröslin. There you can book various treatments.
Please understand that events such as bachelor parties and the like. Celebrations are not allowed. The use of a fire bowl or a grill is not allowed at the house! Our house rules as well as the harbor rules of the Marina Kröslin we will send you before arrival together with our "Hints for arrival, arrival and departure" by email. With your booking you agree to the conditions stated therein.
Tips for excursions:
- Sunset at the beach of Lubmin (approx. 15 min. driving time by car).
- Nearby and easy to reach by bike is the neighboring village Freest with its small traditional fishing port, there is also a small well-kept beach with bar and children's playground
- Karls Erdbeerhof in Koserow (approx. 30 min. drive by car)
- Dinopark
- excursion by boat to the seal island and to the island Ruden (breeding area for sea birds, rare plant species and a lighthouse)
Linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee.
