Enttäuschung

Die Hygiene im Bad ist dringend Korrektur bedürftig.Duschverkleidung verschmutzt mit starkem Pilz Befall und Armatur und Abfluss verdreckt und stark verkalkt. Einfach nur ekelig.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub. Tolle Lage, kleiner Balkon und sogar eine Tiefgarage. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll zusammengestellt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur hat sehr gut geklappt.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nichts für Hundebesitzer und ältere Personen

Im zweiten Stock die hohen Treppen waren für uns mit schlepperei und Hund zu anstrengend. Die Aufbettung von den Leintüchern war merkwürdig. Leider ist das Duschen nicht sehr bequem und Wasser läuft auf den Boden. Ansonsten sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.

Urlaub Warnemünde

Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung hatten wir sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten, direkt am "Alten Strom". Fewo in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand. Es war eine erlebnisreiche und erholsame Woche.

Warnemünde ist sehenswert.

Gutausgestattete Wohnung imHerzen der Altstadt. Verwaltung praktisch telef. nicht erreichbar (Sie rufen außerhalb der ….). Wohnung ist im 3.Stock, Gepäck wird zum Fitness Test. Gemeinschaftsgarage war so eng geparkt, dass ich mit meinem Macan nicht den Stellplatz ansteuern konnte. Mit kleinerem Wagen und weniger Stellplatzbelegung eher nutzbar.

Schöne Zeit

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt sehr schön, kurze Wege zu Meer, Restaurants etc. Wenn man zur Tür raus ist, ist man sofort im Trubel :-) Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur war einwandfrei. Es gibt zwei Betten, das Bett im Wohnbereich ist nichts für Menschen mit Rückenbeschwerden!

Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem Balkon auf dem man den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne hat und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Trotz spontaner Buchung hat alles geklappt, der Eigentümer hat sich sich freundlich und schnell darum gekümmert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten Lage . Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bekommt von uns auch 5 Sterne . Die Ferienwohnung können wir weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank !

Entspannte Maiwoche

Die Lage des Objektes ist ideal, der Südbalkon hat bis abends Sonne, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wer es mag im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen, für den ist es super. Für zwei Personen können wir die Wohnung empfehlen, da das zweite Zimmer kein Fenster hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Wir wären gern da gewesen...

Ich hätte gern meinen Urlaub in Warnemünde verbracht. Leider durften wir auf Grund der Coronavirussituation nicht anreisen - schade! Alles super, für Leute mit Gehbehinderung ist es nicht so geeignet, da ein Fahrstuhl fehlt.

Ich hätte das Doppelbett auf der anderen Seite aufgestellt, dadurch wird die Raumaufteilung einfach besser aufgestellt und mit der Sitzgruppe auf der anderen Seite kann mann viel besser die Atmosphäre wahrnehmen. Sonst war alles super und immer wieder. MfG E. Reulecke

Schöner Urlaub

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoß war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Perfekt war die zentrale Lage direkt an der schönen Promenade von Warnemünde. Vor Allem war aber der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (leider mit Zusatzgebühr) Gold wert, da es in Warnemünde so gut wie keine Parkplätze gibt!
