Great spacious and recently renovated triplex apartment, with a perfect location if you want to enjoy one of the liveliest areas of Tenerife South due to its proximity to the entertainment venues in the area.

The apartment is made up of three floors, on the first floor it has 1 double bedroom, a full bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a dining room with a flat-screen TV and an independent kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
On the second floor you will find a complete bedroom with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with a large shower tray and hydromassage tower.
Also on this floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed and a toilet.

And on the top floor you will find another bedroom with its private bathroom, like the rest with its hydromassage shower to take a good shower after a day at the beach, this room has a wonderful large private terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments , dine or have a drink on the warm nights that the island offers, even sunbathing during the day as it is very sunny.

The complex is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation works in the common areas that do not generate noise, it is important that you know that the pool is not available at the moment.
The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sun and sand, night outings, surfing, this is due to the proximity to Playa de las Américas and the nightlife of the Verónicas area. (It is not recommended for families with children due to the proximity of the night spots and that can cause noise)
