Podere Riparossa is located among Lajatico, Volterra and the sea on the amazing Pisan hills. The farmhouse is inhabited by the owners who have created an independent apartment in an elegant setting with a panoramic view of the Pisan hills. Apartment is accessed from the private and independent gate by parking under the house.

An external staircase, typical of Tuscan farmhouses, leads inside the accommodation consisting of a large living room, an equipped kitchen and two terraces with panoramic views. The sleeping area consists of two elegant double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.On the ground floor there’s a nice portico surrounded by the garden with sofa and armchairs. In front of the portico, at exclusive use, there is an external kitchen with a covered veranda equipped for dinners for up to 8 people. From here, as well as from all sides of the house, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and the town of Volterra.

The whole farmhouse is surrounded by the olive grove and a large and well-kept garden. A 6x12 m swimming pool equipped with gazebo, relaxation area and outdoor shower is available to guests and shared only with the very kind owners who will be happy to welcome you and help you during your stay. Privacy is ensured throughout the Podere.

In the village of Chianni (2.5km) there are some typical Tuscan restaurants and all the essential services. The whole area, but particularly in nearby Terricciola (7km), there are many wineries that produce wine and oil and where you can stop for a tasting.Chianni is a medieval village of Etruscan origin surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside.
