Below our standards in all senses

Not a suitable space for two adults and two children, cleaning and ambiance not reaching at all our standards for the price. Communication with the owner ok. We will never return to that tiny studio

Eine gutes Domizil für Sport und Entspannung

Es stimmte alles in allem. Das Apartment ist mit gut ausgestattet und die Gondeln sind zu Fuß erreichbar und nach dem Snowboarden ist das Schwimmbad und die Sauna die perfekte Ergänzung. Der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und hilft gerne bei jeglicher Frage. Danke Roli 👍🏼

August 2021 , Sommer Camp für Eiskunstläufer

Saubere , gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die Alles was man in der kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Allerdings mit Möbelstücke aus 80 gen Jahren, mal was anderes wie sonst im Hotel. Auch sehr schöne und saubere Anlage mit Pools und Sauna. Am besten hat uns die Lage und Balkon Ausblick auf die Berge gefallen und fasziniert. Ein Stern muss ich leider abziehen, weil in der Wohnung kein Internet gibt , nur im Spiel Zimmer unten.Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat wunderbar geklappt, alle Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Vielen Dank Roland!

Gute Lage für Skibahnen

Das Studio ist angenehm und hat auch bei Schlechtwetter Möglichkeiten. Es liegt in Gehdistanz zu den Laaxer Bergbahnen.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Die Anlage ist super mit einem schönen Swimmingpool, Sauna und Game room (wo das WLAN funktionierte). Die Wohnung in der Anlage war aber nicht wie ich mir vorgestellt hatte. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist veraltet, nicht sauber und teilweise sogar kaputt. Detaillierte Bilder vom Bad, der Küche und vom aus der Wand geklappten Bett, wäre im Inserat hilfreich gewesen um zu wissen welcher Standard einen erwartet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war aber gut und Laax als Skiort ist sowie so top. Also, nächstes Mal buche ich eine andere Wohnung oder ein Hotel.

Enttäuschend und teuer

Skigebiet höchstens Durchschnitt, Skipass im Vergleich viel zu teuer, Anbindung grundsätzlich nur mittels Skibus oder weite Strecken laufen. Wohnung funktionell aber mehr als abgelebt - es ist gerade so nichts auseinandergefallen - wegen unserer vorsichtigen Handhabung. Schwimmbecken total super!!! Sauna gut, weil groß, aber lieblos.

Nicht perfekt, aber sehr gut

Anlage an sich (Haus, Einrichtungen = Schwimmbad, 'Game-Room') war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war ausreichend eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel zeigten schon erkennbare Spuren vorheriger Nutzung und des Alters, und die angegebene Schlafcouch ist eher für Kleinkinder geeignet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut und freundlich. Er hat eine genaue Weg- und Schlüsselübergabebeschreibung gegeben. Leider war wohl gerade in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes wegen Umbauarbeiten der Fernseher nicht benutzbar. Darüber hatte uns der Vermieter aber auch per Whats-App kurzfristig zuvor informiert. Dieser TV-Ausfall hatte aber eher nur unseren Sohn enttäuscht. ;-) Die W-LAN-Verbindung (Wifi) - nur im Game-Rome vorhanden - hat nur an den ersten zwei Tagen funktioniert, so dass man von Aktuellem etwas abgeschnitten war. Auf den Hinweis des Vermieters haben wir das kostenfreie W-LAN der Bergstationen in 0,5 km Entfernung nutzen können, was jedoch nur in der dortigen unmittelbaren Umgebung möglich war. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis jedoch absolut okay! Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbringen können.

Not exactly what we expected

Roland Herb is very nice and give good directions. But to an American this was not 1.5 bedroom or luxury. It's a living room with a Murphy (pull down) bed and a couch. However, The place was clean and all the people in the area are kind pleasant and helpful. Just not what we expected. Carl S

superbe

appartement parfait pour deux personnes (nous étions deux adultes et une enfant de 14 ans et cela était un peu "juste") superficie correcte et bien équipé (attention une cafetière Nespresso) extérieurs très bien entretenus, deux piscines chauffées magnifiques et très propres départs de randonnées pédestres ou cyclistes très nombreux

schöne Anlage, ruhig, Fahrstuhl, Balkon, kurze Wege für den Skiurlaub

Insgesamt eine gute Adresse, alles was man für eine Woche Skiurlaub braucht war vorhanden (Hallenbad, Sauna, Spielebereich, kurze Wege zum Lift).

Verwaarloosd appartement

Nog nimmer hebben we het meegemaakt dat we in een appartement zijn terecht gekomen waar we te maken kregen met zoveel achterstallig onderhoud. Naast het gegeven dat we niet datgene hebben gekregen waarvoor we hadden betaald, een aparte slaapkamer bijvoorbeeld, is het nogal schaamteloos om een appartement te verhuren waarvan veel zaken niet op orde zijn. Stankoverlast van de bovenburen als ze daar het haardvuur aanzetten, een vaatwasser die uren kan draaien zonder dat er iets schoon wordt, kapotte lampen, stopcontacten die uitelkaar vallen en een badkamer waarvan je liever geen gebruik wilt maken.

Great value, great location, great skiing.

Me and my son, had a great time at Roland’s apartment. Great value for money and with great facilities. Drove from the UK, found it easily and covered parking was a real bonus. I used to live in Switzerland, but this was the first visit to Flims-Laax and the drive up from the motorway into the mountains was easily one of the quickest and most direct I have ever done (great when you have been on the road for 12-hrs). Apartment is only about 10-minutes’ walk to the lift system base stations at Laax, and I have a 7-yrs old son who is not the quickest. If you want to take the bus, then the last bus stop before Talstation Laax, is only a 2 minute walk with a 1-minute bus ride. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We cooked for ourselves and there is a supermarket at the Coop Petrol Station, which is a 2 minute walk, which has most of what one could want. Failing that there is a larger supermarket at Talstation Laax. If you want to dine out then there is plenty of choice and variety in or around Talstation Laax. We used the swimming pool every day after skiing and it was very clean and modern. Didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, but I took a look and it appeared to be as you would expect. Apartment is on the 5th floor and has a good view of the mountains, so you can get a good idea of conditions before you leave in the morning. I myself have been skiing for years, but this was my son’s first time on snow (he had had a few dry slope lessons beforehand), so I chose Flims-Laax as the runs and terrain had something to offer both me and him. I put him in ski school for 3-days, 9.30-15.30, which he really enjoyed. We skied together on the last 2-days and it was amazing how much he had learnt. They did a great job. So, in summary the apartment was excellent for us, the location was ideal and Flims-Laax is a great place to ski whatever your ability. We have already rebooked with Roland for next year!

Excellent

We had amazing time in Rolands property. Best place in town to watch New Years eve fireworks!!! We came for snowboarding holiday, it's less than 10 minutes very gentle uphill walk to the base station. Bus stop is near by, if you lazy to walk, and its few minutes ride to Flims. Sadly there was not enough snow to get the most out of snowboarding in Laax. But we definitely will be coming back again some time soon. Hopefully will we be able to stay here again. And by the way its a lot of hiking tracks thrue the forest just outside the door.
