The chalet is situated in the quiet Bodetal valley on a large meadow plot with mature trees in an absolutely secluded location, yet you can reach the centre of Braunlage on foot in just a few minutes.
On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living area with open kitchen, a solid oak wood floor, a cosy sitting area, a dining area, a cosy tiled stove and a direct exit to the south-facing terrace, the living room is equipped with Smart TV, W-LAN throughout the house, Blue-Ray player, hi-fi system and Bose Bluetooth speaker, the bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, in addition to the 2 bedrooms and the bunk room, there is a bathroom with shower and WC, and the bedrooms have a double bed and TV. The large bedroom also has a fold-out sofa bed, the smaller bedroom has access to the balcony and the bed in the cosy bunk is 150 cm x 200 cm.

The house is situated on a 2500 square metre meadow in a secluded location. There is a garden sauna and a swimming pond for exclusive use. On the property there are 3 free parking spaces and an e-charging station for e-cars, the centre of Braunlage is about 400 m away.
The property is not completely fenced, but borders on a river, and due to the sauna and the e-charging station, we charge electricity according to consumption, gas and water costs are included in the rental price.
Braunlage and the Wurmberg are within walking distance. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails start directly at the house.
