The furnishings are modern but cosy and the decor well thought out. The kitchen with kitchen island is very well equipped, in the middle of the room is the large dining table. The living area is large with a couch, bookshelf and TV. From there the stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with sink, toilet/bidet and shower.
Upstairs, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms - the master bedroom with large picture window and lake view, another double bedroom and a single bedroom and a large bathroom with washbasin, WC/bidet and basin with shower. A separate entrance leads outside from the hallway.
Above the house is the conservatory, fully glazed with magnificent panoramic views, with bar, sports equipment, lounge furniture and dining set.

The winter garden is a real highlight and invites to a cosy get-together in any weather.
The stairs to the winter garden require increased supervision for small children.
